When people hear the word Babalawo, they believe it is synonymous to evil. But the reality is the other way round.

Babalawos are not evil people. The society has deceived us for so long that these people are evil but in reality, they have the cleanest and most truthful and honest hearts you can ever find. I am talking about the core genuine spiritualists. They also believe in God.

So, when next you see the word Babalawos, just understand that they are healers and not killers, and instead of being scared of them, be scared of your next neighbour and people you call friends - Friends-nemies (enemies that are pretending to be friends) than Babalawos that most of you are equating to be evil.

So, do not use what that fake pastor said to start demonising genuine spiritualists who have healed and helped a lot of people than the average hospitals.

It wasn't easy at first. Just that I kept trying after relapse upon relapse. I will relapse and start afresh. Sometimes I will stay without it for 1 month and fail again.

But one thing that helped me was that I refocused my mind and thoughts. I also make sure I avoid anything nude or semi nude.

The truth is that the beginning is the hardest. The first 4 weeks to 2 months is the hardest. Try and push yourself to do 3 months straight and thereafter continue to 6 months at a go.

If you can go 6 months without relapsing, you will get used to the new conditioning.

First of all, there is a reason I asked you to imagine but unfortunately, you failed the test.

A large part of your post was devoted to warnings about 'evil, envious Africans' constantly planning to 'kpaii' their fellow man. While this is obviously your reality, it doesn't necessarily hold true for all.

Science represents freedom. Freedom from superstition, dogma etc. It obviously doesn't have all the answers but it definitely provides more answers than the siege mentality that makes a man assume everyone is out to get him.

You mentioned the word 'kpai/kpaiing' seven times, 'death/dying' four times and 'evil' four times. . You also touched on spirituality but it would be very interesting to see what spirituality means to you.

Science and spirituality are not mutually exclusive.
