These are the things Nigerians battle with every day.

This is what I have been telling Gerrard59 and Pansophist from time immemorial that Nigeria is a zoo, where your safety and those of our kids are threatened.

But no, we still see people glorifying the zoo without condemning these kinds of atrocities. Gone are the days where you can travel from Sokoto to Abuja, to Jigawa, to Benue both in the day and night, enjoying that sweet night ride. But you dare not try that this era.

You can't even move any how anything from 7PM. If boys don't way lay you on the way with arms, you will end up being kidnapped, beaten and dragged to the bush.

How long are we going to live in fear in our own country? Don't you know that the more you glorify the country, the more the politicians will refuse to stop some of these things.

The government has the power to stop all of these things, but because you and few other inconsiderate Nigerians are glorifying the country and turning a blind eyes to all these things without speaking up against them, the government will continue to take us as fóols, who will always keep smiling even when suffering.

But let me tell you, if we don't do something now, just know that our children will still come and meet these things.

These are the valid reasons why some wise ones who can afford it are seeking another nationality for their children. We can't continue to live in fear in our own country, grow old and still allow our children to grow up and live in fear. We all need to do something.

We will continue to keep exposing the wickedness of Nigeria as a country and get more people to speak up against the different evils being perpetuated by the evil government that refused to stop these Incessant insecurities.

The real kidnappers are out there being protected by wicked politicians, while innocent individuals who went hunting are killed due to profiling. What's this country turning to? We are not safe again in our own country of origin.

But come to think of it, the news of fulanis herdsmen worrying and killing people in some states has been a terrifying situation. So going about with guns when you know that herdsmen and real kídnappers are terrosing the people in those areas is a no for me.

You can't count the number of people herdsmen had killed all these years with nothing being done. So this call for a lot of precautions. Everyone should thread carefully.

Three things you can do.

1) Remove the account from your credit
Contact the credit bureaus in Canada, report the account as fraud. They may seek police report but most will remove it within 30 days. This is a normal occurrence. If they need police report, just complete the form simply as "fraudulent account." Don't add anything more. The reason is fraudulent account can mean many things from identity theft, to consigning for someone whose intent was to ghost and defraud you, which is your case. Once they remove the account, credit reports will block it from reporting.

2) Gangster move - repossess the car
Yes you have right to repossess it since you are on the loan. Work with a repossession company, repossess the car and park it in your garage. Tell them they have two options, sell the car and payoff the loan or refinance it alone.

3) Legal
Since you are the cosigner, you are still liable for the debt if they default and can be sued too. So, if you want to save yourself from that, file a lawsuit, provide evidence of them ghosting you and missed payments, which is causing you undue hardship. The judge will relieve you from the contract and send the lender a copy, or force him to return the car

This is a welcome development. Biomedical Engineering is a very good course.

During my time, after rounding off my National Diploma in Biomedical Engineering Technology, I was among those that serviced and repaired some of those Dental chairs in one of the federal teaching hospitals.

We even go as far as installing one new hospital equipment sterilising machine and one big X-ray machine.

The experiences I had at the time, had been great memories for me over the years.

So, this is well welcome development. They should extend it to more other states and it will be a win win for all.

To be honest, that is a major problem I have with living in Nigeria - 24/7 electricity. Some solve this with solar energy, but what about heavy industries that need stress free power that is constant regardless of the weather conditions?

Brother, I am highly ashamed of Nigeria for this steady power supply issue. This shouldn't be what Nigeria should be battling with in this advanced world.

A brother of mine newly completed his 3 bed rooms flat. I advised him to install a solar if he really wants to enjoy his new house and not rely on Nigeria power supply. He went and installed a 6kva solar system that costs him over ₦5,000,000, which is serving him very well right now.

But how many person can afford a solar system in this country with the current hard economy? That's where the issue lies. Steady light shouldn't be something Nigeria should still be battling with in this era. It's quite a big shame I must say.

Nigeria is a very dirty country with foul smells, where different pathogenical diseases breed. Gerrard59 and Pansophist know this, but they don't just want to come to term that this country is gone.

A country where darkness is the order of the day? What is 247 electricity that Nigeria can't make available to her citizens? They swear for Nigeria?

There is nothing like if nobody rents the house. Have you built a house and nobody rents it? There are no enough houses to go round the population of every nation.

The western world is experiencing housing crisis currently and that's why the construction industry is booming at the moment even here in Nigeria.

Even here in Nigeria, have you ever built a well standard house and nobody rents it? They will rush the house as far as it's a good house. Any single delay, another person have paid for the house asap.

That's what happened to me when I wanted to rent a well standard 1 bed room apartment as a single bachelor that comes with POP, wardrobe and kitchen cabinet. I told the agent that I will make payment of total package of 900k the next day. Before I got there the following day, another person had paid for the house. And guess what I was told, first pay first serve. Time waits for no one. The thing pain me gan.

For your information, there are no enough houses globally just in case you don't know. That's why you can never go wrong with real estate business.
