Spoilt Beans has been shared to IDPs in Benue State but why? Meanwhile am dying here in Makurdi the Benue State capital, no one is allowed to go out and hustle as usual and my family has been running around for the fear of attack by some bandits in my village....Katsina-Ala to be precise.
