Initial nominal value per share is N0.50 before reconstruction. Afterwards, it will be reviewed up to N2.00
Okay thanks.
Going by this, then I think buying above 2 doesn't make much se.nse.........below 2 should be ok.
Some people won't look at the details but just jump into the bus because of the mouth watering bonus.......
.......but I thought reconstruction price should favour investors more? huh

Do you think I did not jump out at the right time?
Stock I bought at 2.05/2.08 and sold at 2.36.
Do you think heavy sellers will be able to sell high tomorrow?
You did well .......afterall na JIJO.
It's better as you make your gain and moved, no one can predict the market accurately these days.

We don move to Sterling bank.
We just finished the last mopping at 1.95 this morning.

If this fails,we go into the batch B mopping at 1.85 to sell the Batch B at #2.

Batch A also look promising if Fidelity bank will make a move.Target exit price is 2.25.
Loco be careful of Sterling at that price junction......its still a bit high to JIJO there.
Besides, market is somehow dull and flat at the moment

The market will price it down.
Remember C I Leasing, after reconstruction the price came down.
You may be right.
Reconstruction most times have negative effect on the share price of the coy...........
I wont advice anyone that didnt enter the stock at around 1.50 to go into it........................again, I may be wrong, there may be exceptions, but for insurance, there's always apathy to the sector............. its just my opinion anyway.

Mcy, what do u think about Mansaard? I hate the science behind bonus shares but I would like to understand it too.
Boss, I'm still trying to figure it out.

Now: For 7units, 10 will be added = 243% increase.

Bonus: For instance: 100,000 units will become 243,000units
Reconstruction: 243,000 / 4 = 60,750units
Price: Will be reviewed up ...................after reconstruction price is what's still a bit confusing to me........

...........but how did you arrive at N2 in the first place? This should throw more light on it.

Make Una no mind my calculations o, correct if im wrong........ grin

They are doing JIJO too early.
Oga Loco, please tell them that JIJO is not for newcomers.
Newbies should stay away from JIJO!
It's not an area for beginners but for pros.
A lot goes into Jijo-ing more than you think, it's not only about buying or selling alone.
Some professionals handles it like a career.
When you're Jijo-ing, remember you're also trading together with the professionals who are more experienced and are in possession of many tools necessary to carry out the trade successfully more than you are.

Chai!!! See as Mcy is just dishing out info offhand like a pro. Lol. grin

Will turnaround happen overnight?
Loco I didn't say anything about overnight turnaround, this takes time but gradually it will continue to have positive impact on the coy. It's just my opinion anyway, I may wrong.
I remembered when I mentioned that acquisition of Savannah Sugar was a plus to dangsugar, it didn't happen overnight but we can all see the positive effect on the share price thereafter.
That's the kind of thing I implied.
Like I said, I may be wrong.

You guys still needs more learning on patience sometimes.
What happened to you averaging down?
As an investor and trader especially, you need to deal with your emotions, have a personal objective on why you're investing and decide the type of investor you want to be.
Understanding this will assist you to make some better investment decisions.
Stock market is not just about the Bull alone, but also about the bear. About the operating environment and it's economic situation.
Make I stop there, I wan go market. grin

NB: I'm really learning some things from the book " How to Day Trade For A Living" courtesy of Coolcash1 (and few other books anyway) grin

what’s FA/TA
FA - Fundamental Analysis
TA - Technical Analysis

Each stock as you see them on the exchange (NSE) are subjected to FA and TA analysis by the stock experts based on various factors including their quarterly and yearly results to be able to know how healthy they are financially and otherwise (FA), TA to be able to know entry/exit point at a given time.
You needs to get stock investment books and be reading.
Also, most of these questions have been answered here, just to find time and be reading.

Abeg, who wan take over, make Una signify biko. grin

Lol. I don't imply that you should buy anything mentioned here oooo.
Mcy of all Nsempas is a learner too. cheesy
Try and do more of reading, you'll be able to do it yourself.
Learning FA/TA like my ogas used to say will assist you lot.
One of the reasons for advising you to subscribe with one of the ogas was to be able to improve as well as get stock pick recommendations based on expertise advice.
It is well.

Abeg, make I follow make this money.
You don't seems to read comments here, I don't think so. Cos if you do, you would have entered one or two stocks that will give you some gains.
I mentioned Access to you, that you should keep eye on the price mvmt, and as at yesterday, I still mentioned something with you in copy. Later deleted it cos I assumed you read it already.
You can't keep going and coming just to post. You need to stretch yourself a bit.
Even if you invest, you can't go to sleep, you'll need to keep eye on your investment.
Sorry for the way I put it ooo, no vex. Make e no be like someone I gave an advice and it turned to insult for me. smiley

Loco even mentioned one or two stocks here on Monday if I'm right, fidelity was among. The prices jumped up since xtyday. Access jumped up already from below 8. Maybe you needed to still be more patient.

hahahahaha

i have always been close to the NSE........just that my exposure to the market has been very low in recent times...(no thanks to continuous naira devaluation)

I spend more time trading cryptos.

But it was clearly a no brainer to buy those days market was down......with interest rates this low and bond yields very low, fund manager simply have to increase their exposure to the markets. Moreover the valuations of most of our NSE listed coys are dirt cheap in dollars terms...

For now we go dey enjoy the market.....until we see another side of Emefielenomics
Nice one sir.
You were very correct in the aspect of our stocks very cheap in dollar terms.
When they were shouting that GTB and Zenith for instance are expensive, I just said to myself, how much is the price when converted to dollars, considering the current exchange rate self? Very very cheap with those stellar performances I must say.
Una welldone sir. smiley

Neimeth is very illiquid.
I am already testing the microphone to prove its liquidity.

100k units on offer now belongs to me but partially filled even on full bid o.its an illiquid stock nwanne.I may even put the remaining 400k units out there base on how I read the ongoing transaction.

Let me do 2,000,000 units to Transcorp,it gets filled in less than 10 minutes.
Don't even compare Neimeth with transcorp. You can't compare it with Unity self in terms of liquidity.
Zenith, FCMB and transcorp are the most liquid stocks on the exchange.......by my own observation.
Neimeth is illiquid, that's why small quantities can move the price up/down easily.....and offers or bids on ground are usually not much. Like I said, it's just enjoying market positive sentiments.
......not saying neimeth is not good ooo, just saying it's illiquid and can't be traded easily in millions.....before someone will quote me now......and that's my opinion. grin

There's green on the floor today with quite a lot of stocks appreciating in price with large volumes too.......
Bids far outweigh offers in some of the stocks and some are on full bid.

I put money in stocks that are liquid.

This is the reason I can't go far with Neimeth though it's on full bid now
Neimeth is not that liquid but presently on fore-front cos of the sector it belongs and also enjoying positive sentiments......(think financially too).

Only liquid stocks are good for JIJO and not all liquid stocks too.
Lol. Just saying this for the benefits of your JIJO trainees.......... grin
