Which receipt? Unless the man took cash to the office, else there will be proof of transfer.
Yeah, you are right. Receipts arent sufficient to claim anything except he was making the payments through his bank account and can provide proof.
Even with proof, once the company is gone, the money is gone. It's only if it was invested in shares that he can claim the shares back.

he later got to know that almost all d money he invested was not used to buy d the shares, he found out when he went to d registrars. now, my question is, Can he still recover d money considering d fact that d company is shaking now. if yes, pls How?
He later got to know, so he just kept acting gentle man going to a year now.
Doesnt he have basic knowledge of the investment he was going into? Was he not assigned an account officer huh
In as much as I wouldn't want to create any panic whatsoever, based on your question @ the bolded, your hubby needs to act fast and use legal means to get the money out. It wasn't invested in shares, what it means is that should the company go under, which you said it's shaking now, I'm sorry, that money is gone for good.
Like others said, it's not your place to start worrying cos your worry wouldnt solve anything. Tell your husband to take the matter up, he's been patient enough for them.

People dey find Santa gifts upandan, make una stay there dey defend and argue. Diemond gave pre-santa gifts earlier, some are benefiting from the second round, while some of us are waiting to benefit from either it or Access for the next round.
Make anyone no make me lose focus o, na so you distract person from the ongoing rally. undecided grin

Uhhmmm, dont know this matter has caused some people much headache like this....but diamond is gaping up daily na, why dis emotional stress.
People have been wrong and right severally, doesn't mean market will not do what it will do.
The aim of all traders is to make profit, na wa o
.... but when we were talking about mutual benefit, Livestock, Uniondac, etc, tension no rise like this na, does it mean their shareholders are not in this forum? Abeg make una drink chill pure water make your body temperature cool o. grin
Some of us benefited from the first rally, we will still benefit from it after this rally. Think its the way some of the shell holders were going about it then that made the discussions to stretch this long, the skye is big enough for plenty birds to fly without jamming one another jorr.
Me still dey monitor am sha, anyone wey wan hit his/her head against wall is free to do so. grin

Your recent comments about diamond bank suggests that u are somewhere with tear-filled red eyes moping helpless at your computer screen wishing that the diamond bus would develop engine-knock.
Ur comments does not in anyway suggest that u wish the diamond bank travellers well. NB- am not in the bus
Such a joker. grin Think I know where this is coming from.
Opportunities still abound in NSE so, no regret at all cos I value my peace of mind more than money.
