OBAGADAFFI:Of course......but the fund will go a long way to helping the coy if it's well utilized. |
BullBearMkt: BullBearMkt:Sir, below is your ETI comment I referred to. Was posted on 13th July. I didn't say you mentioned support to be N6 .......but that it might likely go up and touch N6 possibly....... except I don't get the content of the msg right...... ![]() .....just made the reference for anyone interested to pick at 4.35 or below......cos it was approaching a safe junction to key-in. Year low was 3.90. |
OBAGADAFFI:Should be an intervention fund if I'm right. |
GTB : Those big guys are at it again...... deliberately dragging the share price back to 21.50 and loading. Let's see where they'll push the price when they're done this time around. Someone mentioned that FPIs are not buying, is it locals that are buying those huge volumes, 37M units? Let's wait and see..... |
emmanuelewumi:See stone! ![]() |
CashDiMkpa:I don't think dividend is priced in, GTB may move up to 23. The type of volume exchanging hands are much. |
E Ku market o. ![]() GTB is getting serious attention, seems interim div is around the corner. |
phoinix:If we don't tell you the truth or correct some of your misconceptions about this JIJO thing, we're not fair on you nah. If you want to jijo, make something that's a bit okay at least. 7 or 8% is even still better than 4%. Jijo used to come with its stress and risks too, especially when your game is not in the bull period. So play and stay safe. ![]() |
phoinix: is it only data? What if you target 4% and the price tanks further, thus converting your investment to long term or, you have to jump out at loss; did you consider that as well? I'm done. Enjoy your weekend without your 2% cos Fbnh closed at N5. ![]() |
phoinix: anjilgreat:Alright. I've heard you. Hope you factor time and other hidden costs (data, etc) into your trading as well. Wish you best of luck anyway. |
phoinix:You're not making any profit with 4%, it's rather a loss.........and that's what we were all telling you indirectly. Except maybe you have your own brokerage firm and paying buying/selling charges is an exception for you. |
GonFreecss1:A one-man market maker. ![]() |
phoinix:Guess you're just learning to trade by yourself. ![]() See ehnn, calm yourself down. You can't be working for your broker alone. Those games you're playing on NSE are da.nge.rous ones. Set reasonable range if you're playing JIJO, it shouldn't be less than 10% but can be higher. Your entry equally matters a lot. Don't learn the hard way from your mistakes. Nah my own be that o. |
S007:The thing tire me o. ![]() |
Tvegas:Lol. Seems he's yet to pay any school fees. ![]() |
phoinix:You're funny. ![]() What's the assurance Fbnh will sell for 5.20 before close of biz? Or you forgot today is Friday? |
phoinix:5.2 is too close nah. Won't you pay fees from it? You should make it at least 10%, and you know volume matters here too. |
megawealth01:Lol. Then you'll continue to shift your goal post like Peter. ![]() |
Lion123:You're right but might not be the only reason. You know what I used to consider is the volume too.......when investors are bidding but don't just want to bid high. This could also mean another thing with a reason different from the stated one. One thing is that, there has been activities especially in banking stocks, some make use of the low-price opportunities to enter the market too. Let's wait and see anyway. |
FBNH: bargain hunters sighted with their traps set at support (day's low) .......... |
RabbiDoracle:....but I think market will still respond, even if it's for short period. If GTB and Zenith could deliver and pay good interim dividends, market might generally respond positively. It's just my opinion. |
A good one from Ucap. Group Q2 2020 EPS 32 against 28 in Q2 2019. Though coy under-performed but overall was very okay, especially when we consider the atmosphere within which this result was achieved. A good way to open inflow of Q2 results. ![]() |
In my opinion and from the look of things, stock prices may not suffer too much again once results starts coming in. Seems Mr. Market is already pricing-in the covid effect. ........moreso that NSE is moving in opposite direction to other Exchanges elsewhere. It's just my my opinion, I may be very wrong. We await update from the newest and hot TA guy in the house.........Loco over to you. ![]() |
@stcool can you see your FMN? N17 now. You see why you needed a dose of patience to get your entry right here. It was hitting resistance at circa 20 (or thereabout) repeatedly, unable to move further, before it started retracing. |
S007:Lol. Weak support already. |
adebanjo1100:Depending on how deep your pocket is. ![]() ......but Fbnh support at N5 has been broken......lots of defence going on there to prevent it from moving lower but it's losing the defence gradually.........may likely go below N5. Think you should monitor the price movement first....... NB: pls know that no one can time the market, trend may change anytime, reason I said it depends on your pocket, if it's deep and you're fat with pot belle like my Oga Oracle, you can be picking in tranches from N5. Updated: wait for sub 5 but keep eye on the price mvmt too. |
Ibrahim505:4.35 now........even lower than Covid price. Should be a good bargain from here. Though I don't know much about ETI but oga BBM mentioned something like N6 few days ago .......TA wise. |
locodemy:Is this what the chart is saying? Lol. |
Fbnh: Battle for N5 support ongoing.......which side is winning? We are watching...... ![]() Bargainers can't take away their attentions from interim dividend paying stocks......Ugaz......also 'F' somehow..... |
Jayjaycee18:Think you're right. The earlier concern I equally raised was the timing aspect. Those SEC guys can delay unnecessarily. If I could remember well, we've been waiting for the outcome since December or so. I can remember how frustrating Continsure was........before they eventually approved and finalized the taking over. See the case of Law Union too. Anyway, it's frustrating discussing ventures like this here....cos of the "I told you so" gang. Wish both parties good luck. I rest my case. ![]() |
Some Nsempas self. ![]() If the unbundling wasn't mention in the AGM, was that enough reason to say the scheme of arrangement doesn't exist? I doubt if some of those commenting negatively even bother to read some of the earlier attached links to documents relating to the unbundling. Anyway, it's not by force to buy or look the way of UACN, no one is forcing anybody to buy. As a reminder: Up till the last day of CCNN, there were still offers in excess of 5M that people were not buying, I'm sure some later regretted not buying...........even though they won't voice it out. ![]() Enough said. ![]() |
