If it's no longer charging then you have to trouble shoot from software to hardware.

Since you've use another charger, try going to the device manager and uninstall the battery complaint driver and then restart your laptop.

If problem persist, go to a battery dealer and test with another battery, if it works then you buy if it doesn't then be sure that fault is from the motherboard but make sure you test with at least 2-3 batteries before concluding.

I had different ways of developing my career. I worked for a long time in a company that provided design services for websites. I got tired of not having any development and decided that I would start coding. I thought it wouldn't be that hard, but I was wrong. I found a lot of different tutorials and tried to learn on my own. But I wasn't very good at it. Recently I decided to start coding again and I found apps to practice coding. I hope that now I will be able to learn everything and start working in this field thanks to this application.

First, in the html, there is no closing tag for the header tag.
Second, where do you want to fix the navbar, is it the left side, top, bottom or right side.
If it is the left side, in the main-header (in css)
you will write left: 0; for the top, you will write top:0;. Also for the right and bottom you will just set it to zero.
