But then Jesus prophesied in his time which is about 3thousand years after Job that Satan will be cast out in the future. Revelation then prophesied that he wa ejected after a ferocious battle.
To your first point about if the ‘beginning’ that was said to be when Satan revolted was at Eden, we can confidently say it is. Like I have told you the Upteenth time, Genesis recorded what happened in the beginning. It was in Genesis that mankind began. And see here where Genesis specifically made mention of “The beginning “. Genesis 1:1; In the BEGINNING God created the heavens and the earth.

Nothing in the Bible say angels can’t move around. In fact we have several instances where angels came to earth for several reasons.
Nothing there in Genesis speculates that Satan was on earth because he had been cast down. In fact the record suggest otherwise. Even years after devils rebellion in Eden, he was still able to go to heaven even to the very presence of God.
Bible points to the fact that Devil was cast down with his rebel angels much more later.

We can fathom out the type of Satan’s sin from is names; one, Satan itself when it’s used for the superintendent demon means The resister. And Devil too means The slanderer.
The earliest recorded sin of Satan is the one he committed in Eden in which he deceived Adam and Eve against Gods admonition and made them Sin and susceptible to death. He became a liar, a trickster and a Killer here. And he got a judgement for this sin.
Also, all his other recorded activities and Sin were in accordance to the meaning of his name. He slandered God to Jacob, in a place he was said to be the “accuser of the brethren”, he resisted an Angel over Moses body, he tried to resist Daniel and he attempted deceiving Jesus himself.
