good question, govt has to inherit accounts with both positive and those with negative account balance as well

The forfeiture is not permanent. Like for someone processing letter of administration, when u get it, u take it to the bank and link the account to your bvn and that's it, u start operating the account.
For the man that said he had a joint account with his wife, who is now late, he can link the account to his own bvn, so that account will have bvn and wount even be forfeitted in the first place.
