Morning great overcomers of our time,@Twintower & mandydaisy thanks so much for d suggestions,i apprec8.Am on dedeons/astyfer which is high in iron,bcomplex& zinc,i also use folic acid,calcium etc but i dont know if dey r enof to giv me d amt of vitmins needed for ovu/conception.
@Dasha so so grateful for d suggestions,will try using it.though i read dat its better taken on empty stomach & most times i leave home very early even d
