Depends on the class. In my language course class where I teach German; some B2 students ask questions like what does this word mean or how can one say this in German/English. I ask the class to do it as classwork or check their dictionary. While they're on it, I do my research.

I'd advise you take a trip to those states with someone who is familiar with the terrain and source the fruit directly from the farmers. It will eliminate the middleman, hence reducing the cost; it would also preclude fraudsters from swindling you (to an extent).

With your M.Ed, you can easily be admitted to study for a PhD in a reputable university in Canada. All in all, since you can afford the cost of education don't waste any more time in leaving Nigeria. Years down the line, you would look back and consider it to be one of the greatest decisions you ever made. GO FOR IT NOW!

More like list of federal institutions, else for top competitive university, the like of Uniport, Unijos and Unicalabar should not be on that list. Some states owned Institution are way more competitive.
A list without FUTA at federal and LAUTECH at state level is incomplete and a beer parlor list .

My exact thoughts. Studied in Calabar, lived in Port Harcourt. Both schools have a lot of improvements to make before being listed as competitive.
