Lol...if every Governor had collected state revenue and invested it in their personal businesses where will the money from development come from. For you It's okay for a governor to invest state fund in his personal business, to others it's cool for the Governor to use his personal business to generate and collect revenue for the state.

Before you epistle of having money to build such please tell us how many mall did he built before n after his terms as governor not when he looted Anambra beyond death.
