So yesterday i paid for my ODU and was shown my device, i even connected to it because the guy wanted to brag about the speed of the ODU after I complained to him about the poor network of the 5G router. But unfortunately i got connected and the speed was showing 200kbps during speed test. The guy felt disappointed and started putting calls only to find out they had a network downtime that moment. I left the office without seeing the speed in mbps. I just pray i don't have the same experience with this ODU , i have really suffered with their 5G router. I'm supposed to get my installer today. I'll be hoping he comes to install it ASAP.

I paid today too and they said I should go that an installer will contact me within the next 24 hours to 48 hours. I forgot to collect their number. Did you collect number?

Pay for mentorship. Tbh that’s the shortest cut. Though it will still take a lot of work on your path. People say it takes a lot of years to be profitable but it’s not like that anymore. Access to structured information will reduce the Timeframe greatly. I know people who became highly profitable in their 6th month under Dax. Techriz too. You can enroll for psychedelia. I started learning in July under S.G and I ended last month profitably. First time ever.

Here’s the bitter part. It takes a lot of work though. Long hours of study, backtesting, and forward testing. You need to train your eyes to see your strategy in a live market. Only a few people are willing to do that kind of insane mental and psychological work that it demands that’s why only few will ever become profitable.

If you’re looking for free materials you can start with Dax 2024 mentorship. That’s enough to give you a good head start.

thanks a lot for the Dax recommendation. I just finished watching his market structure video and it was very clear. Will watch more videos today and practice too.

I am not against learning or putting in the work, I am only against learning with random videos thereby wasting time and probably learning the wrong thing along the way.

I am not totally new to the charts. I have been trading crypto since 2019, just looking for a forex focused roadmap to follow to save time.

Your saying that two years is a long time tells me you are in so much hurry to press the buy or sell button, receive a margin call, get frustrated, then conclude that forex trading is scam. Already, the patience needed to trade profitably is something you do not clearly possess. If you had a quicker way to learn and earn you wouldn't be here asking. There is no shortcut to learning and mastery. I wish you good luck on your trading journey.

I am not looking for a shortcut, just looking for a roadmap to follow. I can't be watching random forex videos online when most of them actually contradict each other.

Alright then, first and foremost, I wouldn't recommend ICT to you. I know it sounds ironic because I myself am an ICT trader, but ICT concepts isn't for neophyte traders.

Secondly, get rid of whatever timeline you are setting for yourself because it will be detrimental to your learning curve and will build unrealistic expectations. If you have any notion of like mastering a style or strategy within 3 to 6 months, I humbly suggest you get rid of such notions in your head. Trading is a skill of a life time, once you master it you can never lose it except you don't wanna use it. Of course you maybe able to learn the rules and all the rudiments of a strategy within a month or so, but mastery comes with experience and experience is built with time. I'm telling with all sincerity, it will take you time before you become a consistently profitable trader. If you can't accept this simple truth then I welcome you to the cycle of doom. You can never cheat the process, even if you study under a mentor, it will still take you time to achieve consistency, the only difference is that your learning curve would be faster compared to someone who's learning on the own without the guide and experience of a mentor.

Now the road map you need, because you are not completely new, I suggest you follow this order;
* MARKET STRUCTURE: dedicate one whole month to studying market structure. On YouTube there are so many videos on MS from various school of thoughts, but all of them have and follow the same principles, your duty is to watch, study, learn, and practice until you start seeing results. Make sure you study how shifts in structures occur, because they are very vital in spotting change in market trends and dynamics.
* STUDY AND UNDERSTAND SUPPORT AND RESISTANCE: dedicate time to understanding support and resistance because that's the basics to every strategy that is out irrespective of what method they use. See lemme tell you something, support and resistance are very dynamic and are not set in stones. You see ICT concepts like fair value gaps, order blocks, mitigation blocks, breaker block, volume imbalance and so on, with other school of thoughts like, smart money concepts, supply and demand, Elliot wave, and so on. Their very core foundation is built on support and resistance. For example, price is in an uptrend, but we know that price doesn't move in a straight line, so when price goes up, it then comes down a bit and then continues going up again. Now when it was coming down it hit an orderblock and after that it started going up again, why ? This is simply because price met support there, and then it resumes its uptrend, and then when price gets to a level it can't go beyond it starts going down, why because the highest price it reached before coming down means that price met with resistance and because of this resistance, price has to go down. So you see, that you need to understand how price moves and operate through market dynamics like support and resistance.
* Liquidity concepts (IRL & ERL)
* Multi-timeframe analysis (a top down approach from weekly, daily, 4h and 1h chart)

Follow this order diligently and you'll definitely see progress in your trading

Him telling you it will take 2 years is being generous. It took me more, although I didn't have the same drive you have so I didn't rush it. From the day I was introduced to forex till now it's been 8 years and I'm still learning, it never ends. Anyone who wants what is best for you will ask you to take your time and learn the proper fundamentals like emotional control, margin and leveraging, fundamental & technical analysis, robotic discipline and most importantly, risk management.

Believe me when I say we are not telling you all these things intentionally just to slow you down but to encourage you to assimilate everything little by little and don't compare yourself to anyone. What happens when people rush into a live account after learning so little is that they get burnt and then they learn some more and think they can be profitable without due process and they get burnt again. Then after all these financial wounds in the first 15 to 20 months, psychology hits hard and you begin to question if it was really worth it and if care is not taken you'll quit like the other 96% that never made it.

What I'm trying to say in essence is to take your time, the markets will always be there whenever you're ready.

what I am saying in essence is that there are a lot of forex videos out there and I presume that most of the videos aren't worth watching. That's why I am looking for recommendations on the ones that are worth it so that I can focus on them. He mentioned ICT videos. But ICT has like 100s of videos and the timeline to finish these videos is too long.

I don't want to believe that every profitable traded had to watch all those videos. I just need a structure I can follow.

Youtube bro. Open a demo account, watch lots of youtube videos based on the tools or concept you like, and practice it. joine 3 to 5 concept you like and build from there.

You can also study ICT core content month 1 to 5 only, ICT 2022 mentorship. Then go to Ttrades channel where he drops some ICT based strategy(combining 3 to 5 ICT concept to build a logic and narrative). Backtest, tweak and voila you have your self a strategy. this will probably take you 2 years(maybe less or more). You seem like you are in a rush to get "something working", markets gonna humble you buddy with that mindset. Even if the best trader in the world(i don't think such exist) gave you a detailed step by step process of his strategy, YOU WONT MAKE ANY MONEY FROM IT.

2 years is a long time. Plus I tried watching ICT videos earlier this year and it was confusing with lots of videos

Not normal but your passport will come like he said. They don't use the passport on your application form (except to have it in your file), it's the one you took during capturing that will appear on your passport.

Edit: I just got my passport and it came with my picture.

I just did capturing this morning through an officer that did it for me 5 years ago and noticed that the picture on my application form is not mine.

He explained that they normally register different applications when there's network so as to get the application number and Reference number ready incase there's no network later to generate the numbers.

He said that my passport will come out with the picture I took while capturing.

Is this normal?

I bought a broadband modem a while ago from Jumia but in the process of registering the sim that came with it, it was discovered that the sim was bad. I went to MTN office in Ifo to complain and I was told to buy another sim which the customer care rep helped me in migrating it to the broadband plan after registration. Still using the sim up till date. Totally different sim with a totally different number

Your last statement isn't true, i bought Mtn 4g router frm their office, the sim attached is bad, I was ask to check back so it can be fixed, they send signal/mail.. I check back few days later, while waiting for days, I use my other mtn sim on it, after exhausting the existing data on the sim through the router.. Sub broadband data on it, .. Inshort I do swap sim on it now when using..

Lexus do not use MAP sensor. They employ the use of MAF sensors. Glad you found solutions to the challenge. If you replaced the MAF sensor, pls replace ethe engine air intake filter. It most likely had been clogged with dust and that would be the most likely reason you had a MAF sensor failure.

the culprit was the MAP sensor. All fixed now.

it idles well. I hope it's a vacuum leak cos while changing my knock sensor, the mechanic mentioned the pipe that connects to the air filter has a cut

I finally fixed my knock sensor issue on my ES300 and 5 days later another issue sprung up.

If I start my car and press the throttle to drive out, the car acts like it's about to die and sometimes it does.

If I allowed it to idle for like a minute or two, it doesn't do that.

What could be wrong? I have no check engine light.
