yes, the security light goes off with the key inserted and the car get adequate fuel pressure.

I changed to another knock sensors and the engibe light still came on after clearing it.

The thing is, na tokunbo sensors they get here. Is there any way to get new or original tested knock sensors?

Did you check the wiring harness that sockets into the sensor and how sure are you of the sensors good state?

I am not. I intend to take it to a different, and hopefully, more knowledgeable mechanic tomorrow and I will ask him to check the whole wiring that connects to the sensor

I am the first owner in Nigeria and it wasn't flooded nor is the ecu replaced.

I will check the fuel pressure tomorrow.

What about the TRC OFF and VSC lights on the dashboard?

Also, what about the knock sensor? I changed two different knock sensors and it's still not working.

so I scanned the car two different places and these were the results. I changed both knock sensors but the check engine light is still came on after clearing it.

Also after the first scan, TRC off and VSC light came on too and e never gree go.

They’ll not open the engine. Wha mr they’ll do is to take off the intake and the knock sensor is in the belly of the V. I suspect rodent infestation. However, pls scan that car engine and transmission then post codes.

I recently started seeing rat poops in the bonnet.

it's showing P0330 but it has been showing it since March last year when I bought it and the mechanic I went to advised that I leave it since na new car and the repair would require they open the engine

My foreign used es330 recently started doing hard starting. I will turn the key up to 4 times before it starts. Sometimes it starts at a single key turn. Sometimes at 2 or more key turns.

It doesn't happen only in the mornings. But once it starts, it starts easily at the first key turn.

I also noticed if I rev the car at gear one, it moves slowly before changing to the second gear and then it moves well after that.

I haven't repaired anything in the car except change oil and clean the air filter.

What could be the problem?

I have sand dump in front of my compound and today, I wanted to enter into the compound (the German floor is steep) and my car will vibrate and wouldn't ascent the german floor and it will behave like it lost power.

Do I need to put the car in a different gear? It's an automatic transmission (es 330)

Or is it a problem?

Also, my fan belt makes screeching noise in the morning when I start the car for the first time

I used to drive a corolla and I don't feel any difference in the money I spend on fuel. I normally buy 3k fuel every week for my corolla if I maintain my daily routine, I still buy 3k fuel every week for my Lexus.

I haven't changed anything on it apart from the brake pads
