I have sand dump in front of my compound and today, I wanted to enter into the compound (the German floor is steep) and my car will vibrate and wouldn't ascent the german floor and it will behave like it lost power.

Do I need to put the car in a different gear? It's an automatic transmission (es 330)

Or is it a problem?

Also, my fan belt makes screeching noise in the morning when I start the car for the first time

I used to drive a corolla and I don't feel any difference in the money I spend on fuel. I normally buy 3k fuel every week for my corolla if I maintain my daily routine, I still buy 3k fuel every week for my Lexus.

I haven't changed anything on it apart from the brake pads

Trust me when I say you will cope with teaching here. Give it one month and you'll adapt.

There are IT jobs here too but you must be a big shot with lots of experience for them to pick you over a local. There are other big companies too but like i said, you should be a big shot and know your onions and such multinational companies would usually recruit from home not here.
