Your battery is done. That green eye that only shows when you shake it means one of the cells has failed or sediment has built up on a plate, and a battery that needs jumpstarts will eventually leave you stranded somewhere inconvenient. Better to replace it now on your own terms.

On the 70k vs 90k question, the spelling mistakes on the carton are a big red flag. Fake batteries are common in our markets, and a counterfeit that dies in 6 months is no bargain at all. When I buy a battery I do a few things:

1. Buy from a proper auto parts shop or a known dealer, not the cheapest roadside stall, and get a warranty card with the date written on it.
2. Check the date stamp on the battery case itself. If it has been sitting on a shelf for more than 3 to 6 months, walk away, as batteries degrade when they sit discharged.
3. Match your current specs, 75Ah with the same physical size and terminal layout, so it fits properly and your alternator charges it as designed.
4. Ask the seller to load test it in front of you, or at least check the voltage after it has sat. A healthy new 12V battery should read around 12.6V.

And yes, as mentioned above, 2 to 3 years is a realistic lifespan here with the heat and traffic. The 20k difference spread over 3 years is nothing compared to the stress of a car that will not start. Go for the genuine Solite from a trusted seller.

I will do just that. I will go back to the same shop I bought my current solite and conduct the checks you recommended

Stick to made in Korea battery

Buy the solite and don't expect more than 2-3 years life span from any battery you buy here in Nigeria.

So I have been using solite since 2023 and 3 months ago it couldn't start my car. I had to jumpstart it and since then it has been working fine until last week when it couldn't start my car.

I noticed the green light is off and would show when I shake the battery and then go off.

It struggled to start my car today, but it did finally. So I went to the market to price battery, they said solite 75a is 90k. But I saw this one and they said it's 70k. Does anyone know anything about this battery?

I have tinkered with all these free options, including match streaming apps, websites, and this cloudstream and I can categorically tell you that Sports stream add-on on Stremio/nuvio is heads and shoulders above the rest.

TNT sports FHD on CRICfy with cloudstream pales in comparison to same TNT FHD on Sports stream on Stremio. Maybe using BlueStacks emulator with cloudstream is a contributing factor to the poorer quality but that notwithstanding, sports stream add-on still Trumps it.

how do I install this Sports stream add-on on nuvio?

Well, if you got money to pay for Spotify, Deezer, YouTube music, etc and you don't mind installing multiple of these streaming apps, then you don't need Echo Nightly.


But for me, Echo Nightly provides for free, services and features that are locked behind a paywall across multiple streaming services.

There's also an IPTV extension that makes it possible for you to Access Daddylive playlist for live sports and TV.

You also get to watch YouTube videos on it. So, there you have it.

okay, so I can import my yt music playlists onto Echo and stop paying for YouTube music?

I also noticed that when a song finishes, it delays before moving to the next song.

If you got the app from Discord, go back to the channel and install the Spotify extension if you haven't. If you have, open Echo Nightly, go to extensions, then select Spotify. You'd see the image I just attached. Click and login.

I don't use Spotify but rocking YouTube Music.

what's the need for the app apart from unifying different music streaming platforms? I only use YouTube music, so I don't exactly understand why I would need it. Please throw more light

I can't visit most websites using my airtel ODU. I have changed dns to cloudflare, Google and Airtel, same thing

I am experiencing the same. I have changed dns, locked band, switched to 5g, 4g, and 3g and no improvements. Everything works fine with mtn but buffers or delays with Airtel

How does this Airtel ODU plan work? Do they renew the unlimited every month or you will use the first month's unlimited for the 6 months?

I wan go for it so I don't have to think about data subscription for 6 months. Plus if I go for it, the data will basically costs 18k per month

mine did something similar and worked only after resetting. I did the reset on the outdoor unit and not the indoor unit

Airtel network just comot from my ODU. It started showing 3g and now it's showing zero signal strength. Whereas I have 5g on my phone and it's working.

What could be the issue?

The funniest thing is that, there is strong 4g and 5g network in my area. Also I have not use up to 100gig not to talk of 1Tb, they just decided to take their network anyhow.

I just wish mtn can do this 50mbps for 25k too with a router
