We are all aware that as engineering Graduates we're mostly required to have some sort of experience or certification in other to stand a chance in getting a job right here in Nigeria ( Even for entry level roles, some forms still require 2 years experience at least). My question now is how do we get these experiences or certifications when we've never been employed. This is 2021, other than your normal certificate what can someone do to boost the chances of been at least invited for an interview?

Agbara is not close to Lagos. The amount you want to save on squatting in Lagos, you will spend eventually on transport to Agbara. Plus the stress alone in traffic everyday will reduce your lifespan.

I ve done the final interview. I was informed at the beginning that I should try and impress them as they are going to make the final decision. One of their top boss even join from UK.

I was grilled seriously again on the technical aspect of the operation. At the end i was told to be expecting from them any moment from now.

I also did the first interview on Skype and was told to be expecting to hear from them in 2 weeks. So I was sent the VJT yesterday to complete as a result which is a another stage.
