A friend of mine who just quit working with a microfinance institution related to me how he worked every months without getting paid all because there are defaults.

He said the HR told them from the onset that whenever any clients owe the company, you must offset the debt with your salary and if the client pays back, the money belongs to you. But often time, you may probably get 30%or even nothing at the end of the day. He said the company often tell them that they must have zero defaults every month end. The company is not ready to bear any loss.

Is this how all mfi and mfb operate? How does the company expect the loan officers to survive?

If you work in mfi, please let me know how your company achieve low defaults and clear bad debts.

I received the same mail from them, but the irony is I am in Lagos. The message looks GNLD to me.

A friend of mine told me she had been to the place b4. She said the guy gave them an employment form to fill and then explained how to fill the form to them, that they didn't have any interview that day yet the HR guy has never got back to her as promised.

You would have the same success praying to a milk

If things turn out the way you want them to, you say it was because you prayed. If not, it's because yahweh knows what's best and you didn't pray for the right thing. Or, if it happens 10 years later you say yahweh answered your prayer, it was just delayed. This is nonsense. You would have the exact same effect doing nothing.

Prayers are proven to be useless whether done while kneeling, running, skipping or sheeting. Prayer is a waste of time and time spent to pray should've been better spent looking for practical solutions

Nigerians keep praying for long life and now has life expectancy of 54.5 years (the 7th lowest in the world) while a prayerless Japan comprising of atheist majority has a life expectancy of 83.7 years (highest in the world)

Besides, read Hebrews 1:1,2. It tells us that God has stopped speaking to us directly but now through the scriptures.

Firstly, You Have to Be Sincere to GOD about your Request ... don't ask GOD for his Choice when you Already have your Choice...

Secondly, Depend on GOD fully.. let him understand that you cannot marry Except you hear from HIM..

Thirdly,be Create an atmosphere to hear from GOD.. i.e
Live Right
Read your Bible
Communicate with GOD..

Lastly, Relax, Be paitent... don't be in a rush to hear .. if not you will hear different voices

can someone go on a marathon prayer and fasting for this course? Is there a consequence 4 taking up a spouse(born again) without hearing from GOD first?

I'm really bordered about this subject matter. Is it that it is only in this part of the world that this type of thing is practiced? Do white christians also do these? I read in the Bible that one who finds a wife as found a good thing. Is it that to find a wife you must ask from God even if the fellow u intend to marry is a born again christian? How can someone hear from GOD that the fellow u intend to marry is your true spouse?

Pastors in the house, please help me do justice to this questions!

There is a unit of the army that wears tatoo. Mostly special forces but definitely not as a recruit

That said people will continue to argue about this yoruba and Bini kingdom history. It isn't just worth all the stress.
