Good evening please my sister wants to do her passport. She's married and wants to use her husband's name in her passport (DIY) please is she to fill her husband's name as her surname? Although all her documents carries her father's name. She just want to use only her husband's name and her name (she has their marriage certificate) but her NIN is carrying her father's name. Please advise is needed. Thanks

People should learn to be minding their business sometimes, who knows if the woman is already wet between her legs. After a stressful day of hustling in Lagos, people have different needs. Who knows if she is going home to loneliness or an abusive husband.
I am not in anyway saying frotteurism is acceptable but, people should sha be minding their business.
I have witnessed a similar case in which it was even the woman who turned on the busybody and lambasted him, calling him all sort of names, the guy almost got lynched.
