He came with all the hype and expectation from Barca with a reputed record but even when the odds were in his favor he failed.

How many finals did Mourinho reach with Madrid and Chelsea? That's why I said I don't blame people who call Pep a fraud. The Man has set a high standard playing attacking football and winning trophies that anything less than a treble every season he becomes a failure.
