I doubt their road can be as bad as Warri-Benin axis precisely. 30-45 minutes parole depending on as you take cho, you can easily end up spending 8 hours on the road if not more.

They are currently working on that road so na one way everybody dey pass. There's another back road from Benin to Warri through abraka.

They were plans for connecting trains from lokoja to Abuja. Don't know how far they have gone with that.
