Ok.I think their antenatal registration is 20k. Seeing gynecologist is 3k if u dont register for antenatal. U have 2 book by either calling or going there before 8am. But u get 2 see d docs most times in d evening.
@Deezou, u are based in kano too so u could also suggest for niyyah. what do u think of my suggesting standard clinic ?

The dr I was seeing frm ttc to 38weeks asked me to take folic acid 5mg made in nigeria with red cover 2geda with pregnancare MAX,n fesolate. Pregnancare contains only 400microgram which he said is not sufficient n same as most foreign brands of folic acid. I wasnt taking calcium coz the pregnancare max has calcium. Pregnancare original n pregnancare plus do not have calcium. So I used to take pregnancare max in d morning then folic acid and fesolate at night.
If ur dr wants u 2 take pregnancare with folic acid, I think it wont be too much. We could also ask the doc reasons for such.

Most items ave it written on them"wash before use". I wanted to wash mine then, butmy mum said I shouldn't, that she never did.I gave up n didnt. But I think its a good idea to do so. I bought one sleepsuit from the market n wen I opened the pack I saw cockroach egg on it. I had to wash that one sha.

I had same through out my pregnancy till I delivered. Mine was so painful I no dey allow dh reach there

I wont advice self medication o. Ur result depends onthe range written there. Like in my own, progesterone level meant to be 1-5 for cd7(follicuar), greater than 5 for cd14(ovulation), 16-60 for cd21(luteal). I did my test cd21, n the normal fr dat time should be 16-60, n I had 2.3. I took the result 2 a gynae n he said with 2.3, implation would be unlikely.

It depends o. For low progesterone in the luteal phase (after ovulation bfr d next af) my gynae asked 2 use d tablet frm cd14 for 10days,But afta bfp, I used cyclogest (insert in rectum or vjay) for 15weeks.

I was given a progesterone tablet to take frm cd14, and after my bfp, I was given cyclogest which I used till 15weeks of the pregnancy at that tym placenta has taken over production of progesterone.

pls go and check your progesterone level,its highly and very important,one of the culprit of ttc is low level of progesterone. If you reside in lagos go to MECURE at oshodi you wil have the opportunity of getting the result same day,if not go to any reputable diagnosis centre. The reason is to know if your LO need support till 12-14weeks. We will not cast our fruit young by the special grace of God. Those that have gotten the joy will not loose it,those of us in the waiting room will testify soon.Amen

@safe06 for that your period that want to be showing area boys attitude try and get KEDI golden six,I used it it works and so many around me too,pray it works for u too. Need any question regarding the usage feel free to ask.

Even for those ttc. I ttc for 15months, hsg twice, hydrotubation....not knowing my major issue was low progesterone(luteal phase defect) did one hormal assay at a teaching hospital, one at clina lancet (spelling ). And anoda at regenesis fertility center. All were day 3 and showing I ovulate. I on my own thougt I could b avin issue implantation. None of al d doc suspected that. Went to pathcare I did a day 21 progesterone test. It was very very low. That marled d end of my ttc n God gave me my bfp. May God direct all ttc 2 d root cause of the issue n grant all fruit of the womb.

For all those of us shopping, heres a suggestion. I didnt have anyone to follow me to the market too. I checked prices frm various online shops, got prices went 2 dmarket compared prices. As I ask for the price, if its cheaper or same, I buy. If online is cheaper I order online. So try n av idea of the prices bfor going 2 d market

U ar right. She delivered bfr me, n my post partum blood has stoppeed, started my salat n period came afterwards. I even ovulated 2days back. U need 2 see correct EWCM.

Rest as much as u can. NO to any stress. No lifting of heavy items. I started bleeding the day i helped some carry a heavy carton in the office because he is ill wgile i felt i could do it, which lead 2 a strict bed rest.In my own opinion no to kpekus self. Avoid all to 12weeks. Even though body diff but its better to b on the safe side. Its just a matter of little time. Most of these donts in1st trimester wil change to the 'dos' in latter part of d preg.

I didnt mind al d buying too. Was so full of joy afta ttc. Was 2 start my ivf procedure wen I got my bfp. My dh had 2 stop me frm buying anytin again even though I was using my money.I used d money meant fr my gold 2 buy fr tins fr my baby n bought a fashion jewelry of 5k instead. It just depends on wat one wants. I even helped a frnd prepare a list wit just 70k. Their are a lot of things d baby wont use as newborn.Dh alwys do me yeye sey how many tins u wan put ur baby on top. Somtyms wen he wants 2 lie gim down he wil ask na wer I go put am? Rocker, playpen, stroller, bed net, or carry cot. N d tin gets me angry.

Infact if you want to buy quality 100k na just intro. I got a dream on me 3 in 1 baby crib. Its wooden. Can b converted to a daytime bed and a twin sized bed. So even at 8 years child can use it. I intend to start frm day one cos I dont want baby sleeping with me and hubby on the same bed o. I got it at simply infants. Its more expensive on jumia nd konga.
Infact 100k will not go anywhere o. How much is baby bath, wardrobe, cot, rocker, car seat, carrier etc. Clothes nko ah. My advice just be buying small small. Also involve hubby. Sometimes de dont understand how expensive things are until they follow to shop.

U r right o.100k wil do notin o. I collected 150k frm dh n added more than a 100k. I bought a playpen n am enjoying it. Lo sleeps well in it. Cot, car seat,wardrobe n, baby bath alone go chop 100k.

Please all its actually out of concern some doctors recommend cs. Not all doctors are about the money. We may not have all the details. Eg how long did it take her to get pregnant. How did she get pregnant? How old is the patient? .. etc these could be some reasons why a doctor will book cs from the start. CS is not evil. Even though in this part of d world if you say u gave birth via CS ppl will say ayah.

U are very right. My doc suggested I go tru cs coz I ttc. I trust him n wanted 2 take his suggestion. My mum refused n I traveled 2 her place 2 av d baby. I ended up with a cs after days of labor.

I started bathing on monday I.e after 3weeks. But I tink it depends on ur healing n d type of stitch u had. Its stil best u follow ur doc directives. Hows ur lo doing? Hw d vigilante tins
