I expected this. No need for this. I explained the reason why I couldn't finish and apologized severely for it. I just objected to you using the word "wicked" on me when you haven't even met me or done any job with me apart from this one. I apologize again. odizeey: |

odizeey: Thanks. Assigned the other company rep as customer and transcribed the whole call. Was rated even though the customer didn't come to the phone at all. Wanted to learn from this one, and it worked out, |

A quick question please. So i have a call between a rep from lets say company 1, and another rep from company 2 which is supposed to be the customers company but all through the 7 mins call, the main customer wasn't put on. They were trying to reach him. Should i still transcribe the call? |
Jobs/Vacancies / Re: Self Employment Opportunity: Transcribing For A Living In Nigeria Part 1 by Menuskiiiii(f): 9:16am On Aug 14, 2019 |
AirstarKane: Just listen to one to five timestamps to note the different speakers. Once you note the two people speaking, listen to their conversation. From their conversation you can decipher who is the rep and the customer. And for the 1 and 2 ratings, don't worry, we all started out like that. You'll get the hang of it. I just started last week Thursday and I am on constant 4 and 5 ratings now. 2 Likes |

Career / Re: Is It Too Hard to Cope With Pregnancy Or Pregnant Employees In Your Workplace? by Menuskiiiii(f): 8:38am On Jul 28, 2019 |
This pregnancy journey is not black and white. My first pregnancy was like a walk in the park. I worked as a QA in a welding workshop and i was there till my due date, still carrying out assigned duties and even worked night sometimes because of workload. My colleagues and managers were awed at my performance then. But the second (two years later) started with three months of madness.....could'nt eat without vomiting and so on and it definitely affected my performance but in situations like this, we expect leniency especially considering track record of service but before i could say jack mehn, i was home unemployed. Now the three months is gone, i am back to my usual self and at home bored as hell.....going from one online course to another, waiting to put to birth so i can start the application process again. For the men saying my wife won't work when she is pregnant oga, staying at home doing nothing, eating and adding weight is not deal biko, especially for a woman who is used to working. Make sure it is what she wants otherwise you might be making things more difficult. On another note, please anybody that has part time or even a fulltime job for a pregnant woman, i am open. I reside in Port Harcourt, I have a B.tech in Electrical /Computer with over 3 years administrative and procurement experience, very adept at bid/tender preparatio, data analysis with excel and very tech savvy. You would not regret hiring me. Email: wonk.tee@gmail.com 2 Likes |
