I started writing this in faith on 22 Aug. 17 when my application was just 21 days cos I wanted to highlight the grey areas in my application. Plus, I didn’t want to forget anything when the joy and excitement of PPR set in.
1) Date of Birth discrepancy on Transcript and WES – I got an Affidavit to explain that the discrepancy was an error from the University and that my correct date of Birth was clearly stated on my Birth certificate and Int’l passport which I attached.
2) Various names used on my documents i.e. maiden name vs married name – I had done a newspaper change of name after marriage but I never got around to changing the name on my int’l passport because the process was longer when I got married. I got a one and the same Person affidavit to clearly state that the both names should be considered as variations of my name and not name changes.
3) My passport is in my maiden name and had exactly 6 months validity at the point of submitting my application. I applied for a new one (still in my maiden name Cos I didn’t want any delay) and uploaded to CIC via a CSE
4) Details entered for Education and Work History for my spouse before ITA were moved to Personal History post ITA – I moved it cos I didn’t do ECA for my spouse plus we didn’t bother to get a reference letter from his employers. I included in my letter of explanation that the required documents were not available currently
5) Proof of funds was in a joint account – I attached a letter of consent from my spouse
6) Birthday occurred between ITA and AOR. This should have taken my CRS score below the minimum score for the round i got ITA for. However, It didn't affect our application, I guess they applied the exemption policy here
7)Asides from my Letter of explanation, I Included a cover letter for the various sections I felt needed some explanation and also to make it tidy e.g. proof of funds, work experience, education (cause of 2 above) etc.

Finally, I would like to say that no two applications are the same. What applies for one may not apply for the next person. Feel free to ask me questions I will answer to the best of my knowledge

Hi threemg, your OND+HND combo is enough to give your points for 2 or more certificates. I am not sure if adding your BEng will incur more cost if WES hasn't started processing your report, but why go thru the hassles if no point will be added to you. UK degrees are processed quickly. Mine was. I am not sure they even verified it cos once they received my transcript from the school, my profile changed to 'Accepted'. I don't have an answer for your last question.

It's okay if you feel "some" answers are off, I feel so some of the time too....what I also feel is that if someone take a minute or two to look at your question, push the quote button to give his/her opinion, such person deserve maybe not a medal but a genuine thank you.

Sorry about not acknowledging GlitteringStar's comment, I rechecked my profile and found out it was actually 26800CAD that I wrote and not 25800 hence, that couldn't have been the problem.

Please MrsBee and all our elders here, what could have been the reason for my profile being ineligible and what can I do further? What can possibly make a profile ineligible for EE?

Sure they must have sent it by now, it doesn't take them time to send though. Mine was sent and receipt acknowledged within two weeks by WES. It's just the verification that they want to fall my hands but I trust CU joor.

Please my people, how best can one pass ielts with the best grades 8777 (LSRW respectively) for maximum points? I know there's an ielts thread but I can have beautiful answers from those that have aced the exam and crossed the hurdle. I write in September and didn't do so well in listening. Many investors are shying away because of drivers cheating. If you go to Uber office, plenty of drivers hanging around with no cars. I recognize a particular guy, he has been there @least 3months.

The amount of wait time, facing traffic or insults from riders is part of the job, so go to work and stop sharing ur frustration, is all about making money.

Haven't you scolded a bank cashier b4, or pressure them to hurry and answer you, or shout @ a Nepa officials for cutting ur light? Or even scold them for low power supply yet they are demanding money, as if the money you are paying directly goes to their pockets.

Listen in every job there is frustration, which you must face in other to survive.

Don't justify ur cheating act, because of the job nature, you were given the job description b4 u start.

I have driven under Uber platform and Im sharing my experience to all owners, don't let drivers deceive u, 40k is the least you should demand for, and ask for 40k deposit, if he doesn't have money request for daily payment, so if he will cheat, he won't cheat you more than a day.

WES likes to keep the email addresses confidential to protect the integrity of the process. You may want to check to see that your verification request hasn't been received by FUTO before you make a case for an alternate email address. My verification was finished sometime in June 2017, so yeah it's very recent.
If you want WES to get back to you in decent time, hit 'em up @WESCANADA on Twitter. I'd suggest you DM them first, it's civil. You can tweet for the whole world to see if they fail to give you the response you need.
Records & Statistics is now in SEET. Their response took all of 2 weeks despite the fact that I made it look like Christmas for a few of the guys there.

I'm not familiar with IQAS' procedures, didn't use them.
Did WES explicitly state they won't evaluate HND alone?

You have to go to FUTO to get them to respond to that verification request. WES sends the request by email and regular mail. The guys at the registrar's office at the senate building will help you check. They'd check their register for the hard copy which may not have arrived yet if WES sent it via standard mail. They'd direct you next door to check with the IT guy. He's a really nice fellow, he'd check with the date the email was sent. A potential problem here is WES has different email addresses for FUTO, my verification request wasn't found till I insisted WES sends to an alternate email (WES doesn't share the email addresses). Their director of customer service had to step in when I made a lot of noise on SM.
You'll pay 10k at one of the cash offices at the senate building for the verification. You'll take the receipt to the IT guy (at least that's what I did) who'll have a clerk send the request to Records & Statistics where it will be processed and sent back to WES via email.
I have written a detailed account of the process so others can know how to navigate it better. It appears there aren't many FUTO people on this journey so information about specifics as they apply to FUTO isn't readily available.

@Your husband's certificate issue.
You guys can evaluate only his HND. However, if he has his OND statement of result, WES will evaluate that too. You need all the CRS points you can get, there are lots of uncertainties following the June 6th changes and the recent spike in CRS cutoff.

Congrats to all recipients of ITA and intending recipients trust the next couple of draws will be more favorable. Please I have a question as follows;

in our application, it's intended I'll be the PA due to age and I have a Masters too although hubby has over 5years work experience. I have just 2 year's work experience and I'm currently not working. My question is, will this arrangement be acceptable since I haven't got a job yet?

uber guarantees 1400 naira per hr. 1400 before the 25%.

today i have been online for 17hrs. by the guarantees, i should have made 1400 × 17 = 23,800.

25% of 23800 = 5950.

23800 - 5950 = 17,850.

current earning = 14,763.

therefore, top up for today will be = 17,850 - 14763 = 3,087.

they add the top ups at the end of the week. so it will not reflect on your dashboard. only on your weekly statement.
