may be the no you are reserving has been taking by another or may be you call during the time they have many issue to attend to.

what is the exact problem you have with the phone you bought from them?
slot has been known for original products when my friend was their accountant for about 3yrs, but i can say if they have suddenly compromised quality for quantity.
