Doctor I was using fair and balance cream but because of its scarcity I stopped using it. I used skineal at times just to clear my face but I just stopped it and am using veet gold facial cream and estee body lotion as my body cream .am kinda noticing some rash on my face now..is it cause of the veet gold or the skineal that I stopped using..cause I don't understand what's going on
