The HR team said it was an issue during the career fair. The technical support team mentioned that it could happen sometimes.
If I were you, I’d reapply and withdraw the first application.

Just create a new application. After registering a new account, you will be taken to the application portal. Copy the link used in the application portal and paste in a different browser. Then login with your old email address.

Then click on my applications, delete or withdraw.

Please don’t forget to ask about the issue, with I and a few others not getting the acknowledgment mail, even though our application is showing in process. I want a fair chance at the exam and I’m scared that I may not even get the mail for it.

So I am getting hammered by mails from many people - ghost readers mostly. While I understand some people may be shy, I kind of encourage open conversations about these kinds of things. Dear airsaylongcome, please do you know if those people that did not get acknowledgment mails after application will have issues later? A few people didn’t get even after applying.
I have checked my mail box, including spam but there is nothing there. When I go back to the application page though, there’s a statement that they have already received my application.
Do you think this might cause problems when it’s time for the exam stage? Would you advice that I reapply? I’m really worried. It has been more than a week and still no mail.

Hi guys, pls what does it mean when the data overview page says the candidate’s profile is locked?

Also hope it won’t be an issue if a candidate does not get the acknowledgment mail after application. It’s been a few days and I still haven’t gotten the mail.

I am also experiencing the same issue, it’s a new account.
