ahmedbrown: @metro10: thanks. I never loss hope, I know there are still more opportunities to come. You are the only known one to have recieved confirmation. When did you submit your application? They are actually looking for fifty persons...i heard the lady incharge of recruitment telling someone that day. I pray to be among these fifty oooh, IJN |

Don't loose heart, there are more events coming you can equally register for. Wish all others best of luck |
The numeric test is something else, did just 12. How did you guys get all your course' grades. My schools refused giving me my transcripts...said they will only send them to d company directly. Just used my CGPA. Na wao. |
Have travelled kenya extensively, in terms of tourism, they've got it...from the western lake victoria, nairobi to the beachy coast of mombasa...lots of attraction. They also have awesome infrastructures(buildings)...the skylines of nairobi city center...although they are detoriating except for new one springing up expecially in western nairobi...nice shopping malls also...the best of which you will fine in south african....now coming to nigeria though. Power in kenya is better than in nigeria....Road-wise, abuja is better that kenya. The road in nairobi is helish and bad trafik. Nairobi has one of the work ghettos in africa...it was scary seeing the ghettos soo close on the eastern coner of the city. Abuja is neater compared to nairobi. |
gboyetade: What if Dangote donate another Jet to his campaign. Will his crew and family members not fly in it? This guy is becoming a tyrant. I guess we have been keeing quiet for too long. I have always said it there is no justifiable reason to be residing in Nigeria. Is it power, water or education.justifiable reason to be here is NO VISA for you as a Nigerian to a saner country. You are stuck in this ''rat-infected'' country of yours. |

I weep for my country...Nigeria. It's fallen to the dogs. Draculla policies and bad-bele laws. Where are the gani's of today? All these cos of rotimi and 2015? I wonder what happens to these guys when they sit in that rock. Reuben abati was a huge supprise to me...i couldn't relate to all he was saying last night on stv news@ten...are we all using the same dictionary? God please help naija. I will just park my jet and get a boat instead...atleast soo much river around to cruise with family, friends and rivals...hahahahaha.... |
SpicyMimi: Please can someone snd me a direct link on how to apply fO̶̷̩̥̊͡Я the summer insight week, cause I aint getting it right.I tried everything through the link, yet nothing. Are you BSc or MBA? |
They only get back to you if you are what they want. If you don't hear from them...move on with your life, shikena. Good place to work though! |
@Point45, how did you do your, i am not locating tghe link to the text. point45: Pretty standard event I'd say. For once an arrangement that matched expectations. A little disappointing from participants though as most (not all) of the questions asked were off point and long thereby robbing others of the chance to ask. A few intelligent contributions though, the lady from UNN and the dude from NOUN totally nailed it. |
Thanks a million. Very helpful. point45: Mostly statistical analysis with proper mathematical application. Can't remember any as I was under pressure too.But its not as bad to deal with, just the time. You get a table, and answer based on analysis and calulations |

Awesome...wam, friendly and intelligent people. If Nigerian' companies can be this people-friendly, there won't be this current 'do-or-die-approach' to job hunting. Imagine, no age limit. Thumbs up to BMHL-crew. |
Jenams: There is too many nigerian youth movement on fB, I tink we need a special pic to differentiate ours. And also daily update on d number of members for easy identification of the group. My opinion. Thanks, an observation well noted. |

1forall: ^ By doing that you're likely to get your posts hidden and maybe even accounts banned, it's against the forum rules and you shouldn't promote it.@1forall...thanks for your support...we will not allow hate or violence, i promise to stand against that. Thanks to all the mods. |
anitank: Another suggestion I have. since they won't post this on front page and make us heard, let's storm all the threads that made it to frontpage and post this link on all of them. That way we'd create more awarenessAnita, you are welcome, pls add as much as possible...let the conversation begin on facebook |
Finally, we now have a group page on facebook.com running. Please, visit and add yourself http://www./nigerianyouthmovementgobal/ or search for Nigerian Youth Movement, add yourself and your friends. Thanks for your effort. |
abuliveyoung: the name for the group shuld be simple, short and contain a lot of messages such as "Nigeria youth movement, Nigeria youth revolution union or youth freedom movement" etc..@Abuliveyoung...a very good start. Keep it rolling. |
To make this participatory, pls suggest a tentative name for this group...the generally accepted name will be the tentative name for the group till the core leaders meet and a concrete name is choosen. Pls submit your suggested name from now till 11am(GMT +1) tomorrow. Thanks. @Mods...please give us till we come up with a facebook group page tomorrow before you boot us from here. metro10: Represented are:keep coming in reps... We now have: Lagos Nasarawa Abia Edo Delta pls keep coming. |
Represented are: Lagos Nasarawa Edo Abia Representatives should keep coming in. Please, we do not advocate for violence. This is going to be a peaceful movement. We will have to be registered as a corporate body...peace! |
Good move...we now have an abia, nasarawa and lagos reps...keep up the representation. |
luxzzy4ever: @metro is it only unemployement that is wrong wit ds nation? we only need one reason to start and they have given us that. Victory assured. . .@Luxzzy, the list is endless...absence of social benefits, youth maginalization, bad examples from dubious politicians e.t.c, right now...our major frustration is the lack of obvious governmental plan for jobs for countless jobless youths, the decay of public infrastructures and gross absence of concern for the economics of nigeria by our leaders. |
yemisiabiodun: igerian Youths wake up, We have no other country except Nigeria, We have been suffering in silence while our Leaders put our future in their bank accounts. How can we remain like this? How can a youth go to school and suffered to graduate at the end no job. You are almost 40 and still your future is as bleak as a dark room. Did your parents send you to school to sit at home because our Government have failed us. Let us come out one day and say No. We must not remain like this, we cannot all travel abroad to find a better life, our better life is here in our country. We have the money, oil and resources but only a selected few have continue to suck it dry why we keep believing God for a change, wake up now I challenge you. We need 500,000 youths in each of the 36states to challenge the Government. We say NO, we will destroy this country and rebuild it afresh, we will fight those who stand on our way as they are considered the enemy. A man cannot have billions of naira while millions of youths roam the streets every day looking for daily bread. Our young men must not all be kidnappers, our young girls must not all be prostitutes. Get Ready I tell you. The time has come for us to react, the only way our Government listens is violence, they have shown it to the Niger delta militants and now they are planning to show it to the boko haram..whereas a simple gesture of N20,000 per month to the unemployed is rejected and you pay militants N75,000 per month. How much do they pay as minimum wage? How much do they pay to elected officers, we are going to revolt. Nigeria will burn to be rebuilt again like Libya, Iraq, Egypt and Turnisia...please spread this message unless you want to die in poverty in a country where God has destined all of us to be happy and prosperous...!!! Pls send this msg to all ur contact cos anytin can happen o!!!@Yemisiabiodun, i would suggest you change the title of this post to ''Nigerian Unemployed Youth Movement''. Thanks. |
Representing lagos. |
adim2: we really need the press to be on our side. like i keep saying some state government since they handed over to civilian rule have never created jobs for their people yet they get revenue from the federal. if this people provide jobs the unemployment rate will reduce. since we have signed the social contract, we have been keeping to our own contract let them also keep to their own contract. we have the man power let them put us into positive use. post this on your Facebook, tweeter handle, broadcast it on your bbm and let our youth know that it time to stand up for our rightGood one adim... @All...Our silence is their victory. Let your voice be heard. @Adim...compile the local goverment areas, lets start getting listings from those areas and we meet to formulate objectives and structure...very essential. We will go places with this...its time we are heard. Again, i won't subscribe to violence...let us legitimate express our pain...we need jobs...and social benefits as jobless graduates/youth...we are the future of this country....i don't want to run abroad...we all don't have to.... |
