Wetin u dey do for here na matter. As u talk, maybe u dey enjoy, but what is the proportion of naijans that are doing well compared to those carrying placards, sleeping in pubs and are homeless? |
At near busman station yesterday, while buying airtime to call naija, there was by my side, Emeka(not real name) an ibo guy on dreadlook that will be termed madness in naija, was at loggerhead with the southy owner of the shop. After handling the issue, i engaged him in a dialogue...his story remains the same....he was told all manners of lies, jump on de plane and is here roasting...he said he will be going back in december...his mother promised to sens her airticket to return home then...how is he surviving....a southy gal who he has to satify enof is hoursing him...i pity d guy...the gal like am sha...if u c one like that, maybe it will beta. Oh God, come c guys we go do better for alaba, auto part and idumota kon dey hold placard for hair salon for R50 a day. Pls dont come here if u dont have money for mega business. SA is business friendly, but gud business. Hold yah millions come here and enjoy yah life. |

They will chop ur mani finish and pursue wen e don finish. Hustlin naija shouldnt come to southy. Go to usa, europe even south america better. Canada and australia is the best. Ran for yah life. |

^^^ Thanks for the explicit info. God bless you. |
@henrychubayo Thanks for the reply. I applied for a visit visa myself at the abuja embassy. I am actually having some events in SA, will be in coming weeks, its a three month multpiple, but have just one month left...hadn't used it yet. I might stay for masters program and work with my inviting organization for a while. What are my chances of getting a work permit and a master' in accounting( or SA' accounting chattered status). Thanks. |
If i am applying for a work permit without a repatration reciept. What if i wasnt asked to pay repartration fee at the embassy? I was issued a visa without repatration fee. |
Its not just the US, it is fast becoming a global phenomenum. In Nigeria, its the norm. Materialism and greed remains the yardstick for such practice. A lot of Aarons & joshuas after labouring for the growth of the ministry are relegated to the background to make way for the bishop/g.o/senior pastor' son or ..... Help us Lord! Restore your Church! |
Abeg, fly ooh. I went tru last month. Left 6am got to abuja 8am. All my joints were paining me. I wont drive that road again. The worst was my coming back, the ibadan traffic was hell, oh my God. The story of that road is scary. Pls, don't travel it at night. You may never survive. My last night experience was horible, i spent the whole nite in the bush from armed robbers. We all ran into the bush, eeh, i finish prayer that night. I will fly next time. |
I heard it on the news some days ago here in Kenya that they will be using the vaccine nationwide soon. It's well accepted here in kenya. I suggest NAFDAC should quickly do their investigation and if its worth it, launch it nationwide and free as in kenya. |
he is not free. that is how his disciples goes around lagos with his face on handbills and posters all around lagos, he is still in prison. may God help me and give him the humilithy of heart to embrace God. |
I haven't seen any basis in these so called prophetic declaration as reasons for comparism. The fact that T.B.Joshua' prediction came to pass doesnt authenticate he is more of God than Enoch Adeboye. Let's not get into a divide on heroism and personality worship. When we get to heaven, it won't be about you and t.b.j or adeboye, but how you lived your life here on earth in allignment with divine interest. |
@ Pendo, Yeah, i have been treated well in Kenya. I am here on business. I will be leaving on the 7th of November, so i hope to see you at the airport, let me have your cell phone number and we can talk. Kenyans are truelly hospitable. I have lived in naija and i know the difference, is it on the streets of nairobi, nakuru, mombasa, voi or kakamega, name it, the people are less hostile compared to my naijan folks, ehhhhhhhh, i remember oshodi, lagos island abi na mushin, God help us. Kenya police dont stop buses(matatu) for tips(egunje). Oh, i will miss the fruit juice, eh, passion juice and the avoccado juice that are available on the streets here. I wish i can get to the Rift valley before i leave. My schedule is just tight. God help me, Kenyans, i salute yeah. But naija is always naija, the first and the best, peace and love , to all my egbon and oshareeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeees in naija, i miss home die. ehhhhhhhhhhhhhh. I miss banga soup. |
I am currently in kenya, being here for over a month, will be spending two months here. I have been travelling. Was at Nairobi, Mombasa, Ukunda, Malindi, Mtwapa, Voi, Kakamega, Bungoma, Kisimu, Nakuru and still travelling. Its a great country to be. Once they know you are Nigerian, they flock around you. We are treated like stars here. They will ask me all about akin and pawpaw, ransom noauh, rmd, genevieve, osuofia, mr ibu and lots more. These guys are like american's actors here. Oh, one lady said it was the greatest day of her life to ran into ramsey noauh in nairobi. She was all about it. A lady in the hotel at mombassa wouldnt let me rest, immediately she sees me coming in from work, she will ask, ask and keeeeeeeeeeeeeep asking me questions about naija, Its same with the taxi guy that takes me around, infact, on my way to the kakamega, i was like a king at the bus station, they were asking about eyimba, nigerian footballers, how come we ran soo fast at short distants race. I cant get to a shop without been tood up for long by people wanting to know some thing about naija. Flavour song, ashawo, ashewo is their second national anthem, they just like the song. In respect to church, naija churches like winners and christ embassy and others are doing exceptional well. Infact when a niajan pastor come around here, the people look at them like american pastors. Good country, its just the food. I was throwing up the first day i got here, no peper in their food. I had to go to the supermaket to buy peper, which they call pili pili, which i take around in my pocket and sprinkle on my food when ever i want to eat. they like too much sugar. They have a lot of diabetes here. I was infact asked by the deputy mayor of the Voi to conduct a seminar on Sugar Diabetes. Its was awesome. They have lots of supermarket. I wish naija has lots of them like they do. The british structures are still very much around and that makes their city centre a cite to behold. |
@HISchild, tnx for the reply. Concise and scriptural. @posta, are u looking for an excuse to commit adultery? @all, marriage is more physical than spiritual. It deals with the body. It does mean till we are physically dead, we are in. Stay married and sin not. It's not easy though, but grace is available for purity. |
I am currently in Kenya and while driving around the city of Nairobi, i noticed almost 70% of their cars are white unlike Nigeria. Upon asking why, i was told its cheaper an easy to wash from dust(i didnt see the rational for this). |

Tix madnes has gone 2 far for comfort. What r d christians doing? The late Idahosa once said during incidence like tix, that " it is better to give than to recieve". The northern xtian should b prepared to give them(whoeva) bullets, matchets or acid. There wil b peace. What is d govt, security agencies doing abt dix. I have lost my confidence in dis failed state we hypocritically call nigeria. I want a nation i wil be proud to call mine, wr my kids can walk d strits freely nd would speak b truth nd not b scared. God save us all. |
We should break. It has bn my ascertion. The north are bent on making nigeria a living hell 4 evryone. Adamu Ciroma, Atiku & IBB should let us rest 4 God sake. What do they have in common. They all promised hell would break lose. Let d north nd south divide, in Jesus name. |
Its a great loss to naija. D govt should be blame partly 4 tix mayhem. In d usa nd developd states, young men are trained and employed to protect their citizens. Watch natgeo tv nd c what they do. Our govt wont, young men/women r jobless, they sit in abuja nd take cuts dat r higher than obama' salary. Nigeria is a sham, only 4 d grace of God. Hw many naijan abroad would want to come home to tix. |
I did mind in 2005. Practical courses, life changing exposition. I recommend dla to all entreprenuers, staffs nd all who want to pursue a destiny. |
