My sister,I saw shege. Beet root is good. My mother uses it and it works. just grate/blend and drink. You can also google for more info and use.

2 years is usually advised. I took in a month to my baby girl's 2nd birthday.

Pls Mama's help me o,who has idea about bilateral tubal ligation (a permanent method of family planning) I have googled but I want to know if you know anyone that did it before. Since it's irreversible,I hope it doesn't make people get fat excessively. If am comfortable with it,I may opt for C.S so it can be done. By God's grace,I no carry belle again.

I am also considering this too. It is reversible though...through surgery. I know of two women who have done it. They opted for elective CS at their last pregnancirs so as to get it done. One was charged extra 10k for it.

As far as I could remember, I've always had very painful menstruation. To a point that it affects my ability to work or be productive.
Painkillers hardly work, so it's about 4-7 days of Pre menstrual cramps +5 day period of agony. Almost two weeks every month. Sometimes I fall sick during or after my period.
I talked to my doctor. I was thinking family planning pills might pause my periods for sometime. But he said no they don't. He advised I be taking painkillers prior to my period and I have ulcer.

I'm tired. NL doctors, what can I do?

Take gorontula fruits. Incorporate vegetables into your daily food. You'll see remarkable change.

I use to be a fan of sebamed untill seeing an original to buy became an uphill task. I got introduced to baby secret which worked well for me jist like original sebamed.

See me earlier looking for natural way to induce labour, went for antenatal today and my result shows my protein level as 3+ plus my bp as high,likely preclamcia, currently on bed rest to be induced tomorrow morning. Jesus take the wheel.

Hello dear. Did the doctor not recommend CS? I may be wrong but i don't know if having high BP and getting induced is a good thing. please ask all the necessary questions and research online too. May God see you through no matter the decision taken.

From very impatient ones, one that kept injecting me with antibiotics without carrying out a test, one that placed me on Chlomid for 5 cycles and was ready to continue, to one that believed my tubes are blocked without even seeing a HSG result.

I may be overreacting but just say something nice to me. So, I tried not to get pregnant because am in school and hubby said he's fine with our two boys. Am a graduate of Arts o but I have always liked health related courses so I applied in a private school of health last year and was admitted so I knew pregnancy was out of place but as God would have it,I got pregnant this year when my second son is almost 8 years and we couldn't do anything but to keep the baby. The school didn't give any condition against pregnancy unlike govt schools. Now I was posted to a govt hospital for my first clinical practice after completing the first year in school and I have faced different kinds of body shaming and tongue lashes from my fellow women. Different ill comments. One called me today and said during their times,o would have been expelled but because of money private schools need,they allowed me,how could I ever think I could do the two successfully? Am I even comfortable with this pregnancy among my fellow students? Some days ago,a nurse I was to run afternoon shift with sent someone to tell me to go back home because she would not work with me. Our supervisors came today and a man pointed at me and told our provost that he's impressed with my smartness and diligence despite my condition but the women are frustrating me even when I try to do my best. Honestly,it got to me today and I started crying.
SORRY AM RANTING HERE,I JIST NEED TO POUR MY HEART OUT AND HUBBY IS NOT AROUND.

The dairy of a FOTF: a journey of faith to faith

Back to Sept 19, 2020 when we had our introduction after it was shifted from April due to the epidemic, The pastor of my DW father ask us to go for blood compatibility test and told DW to do Pelvic scan. The tests all came out fine expect for one, she had two uterine fibroids. This dampened our December marriage plan. Medical councels advised surgery as it was big. But we scared and agreed to try getting pregnant after wedding first.

The wedding was held on 12/12/2020 in good faith but honestly I'm not expecting pregnancy that fast. On 6/01/2021, she noticed a terrible pain by her right tommy. We rushed to hospital and it was confirmed that it was the fibroid worrying her. She was given drugs as pain killers but was recommended for surgery. She started her medications and some herb stuffs but there's a particular one she's to use on the day she saw her menses. She last saw her menses on 23/12 so by 31/01 when the menses don't show, we are advised to do PT before using other drugs, and behold, PT was positive. I can't rejoice, I left the hospital more confused than I was when I went, I was asking how fibroids as huge as 11cm by 9cm as at then will cohabit with a developing embryo?

The first semster was very smooth, no MS, no trouble just eating like anything and DW still works. Second semester was terrible, serious agonizing pains from time to time, she have to resigned and rest on bed but still she hardly can move her fingers. I do all house chores and still work and have to carry her from bed, it was a hard time, i started emaciating so fast. At a point i took her to my mum because it's difficult to cope with my work. I once get to work with a wrongly buttoned shirt, it was that bad as i saw her goes through pains...

God helped us, we reach 3rd semester, things changed rapidily. She now walk and eat well, pcv improved and can cook, sweep and do some house chores. The stomach is so big, the fibroids are growing one side and baby on the other side and have reach almost 16cm by 9cm. She has serious contraction on Monday, we get to hospital and we are asked to do FWB Scan but was too late, all lab closed. We stay over in the hospital, contraction was continuous through out the night but not coordinated as it stood at 4cm, we latter went for scan early on Tuesday and the result was good. On seeing the result, Emergency CS was recommended, we gathered money at speed of light and the CS was successful. The fibroids packed out was so huge it takes 2.5L formalin in 5L of cover to contain it, as heavy and big like a moderate water melon, so huge I was shocked seeing what my baby had co habit with for 9 months. That the boy is fine, big and health with no abnormalities is the miracle the doctors are inquiry about...

Caused by shaving stick. Those are i grown hairs too. Keep on changing shaving stick untill you find the one that will not cause bumps. i guess you're hairy.
