Though I do not hold the stock(have other preference), DC holds VALUE @ current mkt price.
Going forward, the company will reap great gains(earnings accruals) from its robust cost saving measures.(energy cost, prod. cost etc)

Anyone who has closely observed what played out with the coys trade book last week, ought to know that.
The pivotal thing is to continually look in on how one can turn those mkt 'ploys and plays' to their advantage. ...'cause 90% of the time, it creates a great opportunity of arbitrage !!

Not much is known about the acquired coy(ADSWITCH NIG PLC) except for the fact its a company that manufactures and markets industrial and consumer switchgears.
The company was however delisted from the exchange sometime in May, 2016.
Prior to then, the company was a struggling one.

As for the acquirer firm (CUTIX), the recent script issue brought about some dilution that pilled up pressure on profitability.(EM and ROE in view)
...and this proposal will likely add to that pressure(more dilution in view)
Given citix' most recent financial print, it looks like a plus that will help broaden their bottom line. ...however, impact on top line will depend on what plans management have in place.

On paper, it looks like a good deal.
However, i'll prefer to be cautiously optimistic.

Bottom line: There are better deals to permute from market.

nokingasgod: I cant remember reading any account that established the man as wielding gun or cutlass and actually shooting and killing any policeman. Nobody has come forward to say the man was even at the scene of the incident.

I cant remember reading any civilized law that will accepts that a man not at the scene can use [b]African remote control/juju, jazz etc [/b]to kill another man. Let's see how this will go.
