remove ur batry nd insert it back.hold volume down button then press power on.it wl show an android logo.release d buttons then press power on 1ce.it wl show an orange page wth options.use d volume button to scroll to 'clear sd data' nd use d power button to select.afta it has cleard,go to wipe cache partition nd do d same bt d 2nd 1 is nt realy necesaary.just make sure u clear sd data.if u see d option 4 factory reset,click on it to.itmight show
