My only advice is that you should use DHL or UPS instead of EMS speedpost, to hasten delivery.

70k is for the normal 1 million shares capital which is accepted generally.. For any additional 1 million shares, it attracted 30k fee....

So 2 million shares capital will cost 70k + 30k equals 100k...

I do Business name cost 35k.. It takes 5 working days.. Requirement is just your valid ID snapshot and two proposed names..

On upgrading from Business name to limited.. Cessation or delisting must first be done on the name which require you submitting original of the business name certificate.. And later reapply for the same name and end it with the word Limited or LTD.. Then normal process continues like new one...

Summary of payment will include delisting which will cost 25k and re-registration which is 70k normal... Total 95k.. Duration is 1 month

I do advice clients to open new one due to it long process and cost... But if the name means alot to them.. They can take the step above...

You supposed to have downloaded the firms already generated on your page online and your receipt of payment and physically go there yourself.. Calling that number wont help cos they are not trained IT customer care.. Hope the above helps..

Yes sir.. It is very possible to change Business name to LLC...

But.. It will cost you more than opening a new one.

Reason been that.. You will have to delist the business name first from CAC database , then later reapply for same name and adding the word.."LTD" or "LIMITED" at the end..

I do it for 100k. (30k for delisting cos It involves going to Abuja head quarters or the state you registered it) and 70k for the normal registration...
