more reason for drawing is get the accurate leght, breath and volume so as to give an accurate extimate. Of course they don't encourage drawings so they can easily rip off the client.
Without the structural drawing how do I know what areas the beam passes through because I can't assume when I don't know what's on your Engineers mind.

Go to the venue... Look around and be Sharp.. you will some engineers willing to sign for you for a token.. And also ask any business around the venue... Shine your eyes...

What you need most is the stamp paper and seal... And make sure the Registered Engineer is Financially up to date..

Please Prospective Engineers, be very careful of who you choose as Confirmer of Experience form.

An applicant i know have just been slam 36k penalty fee for using a confirmer that was not his/her direct boss for the years of experience..

Direct COREN registration will cease to exist from next year, engineering professionals have to first pass through their professional bodies; NSE, NATE...
The registration for the last COREN diet for this year is on!

This has been a long battle between Engineering professional association body like NSE AND federal Govt engineering regulatory Council like COREN..
Just like University Graduate and Polytechnic graduate tussle..

The council Body will be sitting by October to deliberate all these issues... Will bring a resolutions agreed for implementation here to you guys... cheers..
