So password was not required?

My brother password seems to be useless when it comes to international transactions. I was surprised it's not asked for when I made a payment on Google play store yesterday. Though, You can set it up in your account settings.

What Problems exactly? Can you post the error logs here?
You might also want to check your code as "R" is strongly typed i.e. case sensitive.
A != a, the reverse is also true.

The correct code would be:
 install.packages("ggplot2" )
NB: the extra space after is not required, this is just to prevent Nland from converting the concatenated into the smiley "wink
or you could trail the long path and point to a particular repo
install.packages("ggplot2", dependencies=TRUE, repos='http://cran.rstudio.com/')

This of course is a bug with R where sometimes the Repository being pointed at might not have the intended package you want to install.

Good morning sir, I'm interested in becoming a data scientist, can I be under your tutelage?. How do I contact you?.

Phones / Whatsapp May Soon Let You Lock Your Chats With A Passcode by michade(m): 1:20am On Sep 26, 2016
WhatsApp could be gaining an extra security option in the near future. We’ve been passed a tip which suggests that the popular messaging app could soon be updated with a six-digit passcode protection feature.

The details were spotted as part of a text translation program for WhatsApp, to convert strings from English into Dutch. Phrases to be translated include “Enter the current six-digit passcode:“, “Passcodes don’t match. Try again.“, and “Enter a recovery email address“, which are all pretty good indicators about what could be heading our way soon.

Interestingly, another line of text suggests that the use of a recovery email may be optional. An email address is usually required to ensure that customers don’t lock themselves out of their account, but one of the translation strings implies that users will have a choice about whether or not to provide a recovery email. It appears that users could completely lock themselves out of their WhatsApp account, which would be doubling punishing given that accounts are also tied to the user’s phone number. It’s also not clear at this point if the six-digit passcode feature will be optional or mandatory.

With Whatsapp already offering end-to-end encryption to protect messages from snoopers, a step to enable users to lock the app off from friends, family, or thieves who gain access to their smartphone seems like a logical next step. Unfortunately, we don’t have any official confirmation about if or when this feature will begin rolling out to WhatsApp users.

Politics / No One Is Above The Law Including Patience Jonathan, Says APC by michade(m): 12:28am On Sep 26, 2016
The Acting National Publicity Secretary of the All Progressives Congress, Timi Frank, has dismissed recent protests by some groups in the Niger Delta in support of the wife of former President Goodluck Jonathan, Patience.

He said it was disheartening that any group in the region could hold a protest in favour of Mrs. Jonathan at the Port Harcourt zonal office of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, over the freezing of her account containing about $31.4m.

This was contained in a statement by Frank in Abuja, on Sunday.

Frank described threats by the groups as empty and baseless.

He said, “My candid advice to Mrs. Patience Jonathan is to apologise to Nigerians for the current economic hardship which Mr. Jonathan’s regime could have easily averted instead of sponsoring shameless protests against the government. Anyway, Nigerians are still waiting for the apology.”

The statement warned youths to desist from such shameless act of defending politicians for a pot of soup, adding that the current APC administration was fighting corruption so as to secure future.

He explained that it took the intervention of the current administration to inaugurate a water project in Otuoke, Bayelsa State where Jonathan was born.

“The show of shame called protest at the Port Harcourt office of the EFCC to demand the unfreezing of Mrs. Jonathan’s dollar accounts was uncalled for. And there is nothing wrong if the former first lady explains the source of the $31.4m to anti-corruption agencies.

“The country is presently going through recession as a result of mismanagement of the economy left behind by Patience Jonathan’s husband led administration which the APC is working hard to correct as soon as possible.

“It should be made clear that there is nothing wrong for the EFCC to invite Mrs. Patience Jonathan for questioning if the organisation suspects a foul play in the accumulation of such big amount of money.

“Again, the era of ‘I’m above the law’ is over. This is a change government of accountability where the rule of law is paramount.

“The number four citizen of this country today, Senate President Bukola Saraki, whose office is prominently recognised by the constitution is facing trial and why not one former first lady that is not recognised by the Nigerian constitution?”

Politics / You Are Responsible For Prostitution In IDP Camps, NEMA Faults Shettima by michade(m): 11:51pm On Sep 25, 2016
The North-East Zonal Coordinator of the National Emergency Management Agency, Mohammed Kanar, has denied that some girls in the Internally Displaced Persons camps in Borno State engage in prostitution to survive.

The Borno State Governor, Kashim Shettima, and the Network of Civil Society Organisations in the state had last week raised the alarm over the alleged trend of prostitution by some female IDPs residing in the camps.

The Chairman of the CSOs, Ahmed Shehu, had told journalists in Abuja that some displaced women and teenagers were engaging in prostitution to raise money to feed their families.

According to Shehu, 60 per cent of female IDPs suffer rape and other forms of sexual harassment because many homes in the areas are headed by teenagers who have lost their parents.

But the NEMA boss told SUNDAY PUNCH on Saturday that prostitution was illegal and against the agency’s rule, hence the act was not allowed at the camps.

He added that though he had received reports of some female IDPs engaging in prostitution in some parts of the North-East, none of the cases occurred within the camps.

Kanar said, “I have heard that some women usually sneak out of the camps to engage in prostitution, but we have yet to apprehend anyone involved in the act.”

According to him, feeding in the camps has improved and cannot have made the women engage in prostitution.

He further noted that the central feeding system previously used at the camps had been abolished and that residents of the IDP camps had since received adequate foodstuff monthly.
