Am I the only one who got 80 SMS & 40 Emails from VFS last night that my passport has been collected?

Apply to uO first. If they see the need to offer you another program a certain staff would email you with options.

Do you have idea how long it takes them (uottawa) to verify transcript? I hope my school would give them all they need very fast cos I want to do TRV app as early as possible

I applied in June and didnt get a response till November. You can do the Maths.

How many years working experience do you have?

Something must have sold your application which I would love to know, but before then, I strongly have my reservation on the authenticity of your story.

Clarifying this will help future applicants so that one will know a key selling point that can sell his/her application even with a low cgpa...

This information would give hope to current/future 2:2 CGPA applicants on this thread -- I know a close friend in this predicament. What was the list of masters courses that the UOttawa person suggested applying for?

I initially applied for a PGD Program at uO. The school got back to me and told me they weren't offering PGD in the academic cycle and I was given a list of Masters Programs to choose. I was confused so I called the number attached to the email (God bless that guy). He looked at my transcript and told me what program would work for me. I still took sometime to know decide if I wanted that program. We spoke back and fort for a fews days and I made up my mind. Well you know the rest of the story....

I stumbled on this thread in January. I have read every post every day till today. I didn't ask any questions because most of the questions I had were already asked and answered. I just registered to share my application timeline. I didn't know people would be interested in how I got my admission.

Thinking about my TRV Application now. I made mistakes, omitted some documents and my SOP was 5 pages. To any VO who read my SOP I'm sure he/she saw my passion so much they gave me almost 3yrs TRV.

No congratulations yet. When I enter Canada I would be happy to get that. Lol!

I applied in June last year. Got a response first week in November.

And No i didnt pay tuition. I wasn't required to pay tuition.

I don't mean to be cocky but please I don't need any congratulations . I just thought I should share my application timeline for people who think CIC has used their documents to sell groundnut or Akara in Accra.

I would post my documents and links to editable files for people who need templates to compose their documents.
