@bolded, when did they start writing grade on NYSC certificate? Because I just checked mine and it is not there, unless it started 2020 or 2021.

They will only verify individuals grade from Nysc certificate.. Your Nysc has details of your grade whether 2¹ or 2² that'd why Nysc certificate was uploaded twice .

For those trying to play smart on NCDMB by clicking 2.1, when in fact you had a 2.2 or HND, make sure your connect is strong o to waive or cover for you. If not, your guess is as good as mine.

Two persons I know that got the email with 52% and 45% scores respectively can't login..

Lol. In sha Allah, this NCDMB don land. A friend called his uncle who works there to do connect for him, and the uncle said he shouldn't worry that all 600 of us will be emailed next week to resume for induction. I'm still trying to believe this abundant good news.

If you didn't get the mail starting thanking God that you have no issues with you credentials.
I remember was sent a mail in August also that I should fill in my middle name ,months before the first test so scrutiny is still on going so if you didn't get the mail go and relax.

Stop deceiving yourself. The email first of all congratulated the persons before asking them to proceed and upload their documents..

The email was sent to over 90% of persons who scored 75% and above and few below that..
So if you didn't get the email please move on..

They said documents to be uploaded should not exceed 1gb .
Are they talking about total documents or each documents ?

I have seen 45% get the email

Confusion. Ooo. I got more than 3 mails this morning on same uploads with different email link.

From all Indications looks like the organizers of this job is not NCDMB first it started as oilandgasjob Nigeria they handed over to testmi for test /exam now testmi is done and same oil and gas job are the very one who sent a congratulatory email... While NCDMB categorically said they are not recruiting.. Meaning this isn't organized by NCDMB but they're aware of the job anyway.. Guys what do you think ??

Meaning someone with 60 in engineering might not go through while someone with 60 in humanities might go through.

Meaning each department has its own cutoff..

Let me explain it well

We know across each department, some department will score high compared to others.

Meaning for the department with high average score, cutoff will be high there.

If someone scores 75 in engineering for instance, he or she might not go through due to the fact his or her score is not in the top percentile for that department, where as that score will get the person to the next stage if in another department..

So if the cut off is general based on the general performance across each department, it will make things fair.

Because we all know some department won't perform that well compared to others

What is so difficult in shortlisting the percentage they need and moving ahead with the process?
Or are they trying to use us to perfect their testing skills

I know someone who scored 100% in the first test then 200% in the second, probably 300% or 400% in the next anticipated third test

You are right when I was regretted, I asked why because I knew I performed well in the test by sending them a mail and their reply was they gauge my performance with my fellow applicant and my performance was lower.

It’s strange. The only logical explanation is that It your performance is quite good but not very good, Shell would wait to see if a better candidate surface. In the absence of none, they would progress your application but where you seem to be in the lower echelon performance wise, you get regretted.
They are contacting the outstanding performers first. Uncontacted candidates would have to exercise patience till regretted.

I think you're correct. Because I know someone who wrote on 17th and up till now no odvi .

I'm noticing that new ODVI invites comes 9-11 days after any batch. Last round came majorly 6th September, next batch was yesterday.
