Shortly after meeting with the Abodi of Ikale land in Ikoya, the Ondo deputy governor designate who was heading back to Okitpupa for today’s rally halted his convoy to rescue victims of an accident serious along Abodi/Ikoya express road.
Hon. Lucky noted that saving human lives must be paramount to anybody over politics. Personally the deputy governor designate took the victims to St. Peters hospital, Igo-Aduwo, street Ilutuntun where he totally sorts the bills then he filed an accident report at the divisional police head quarters at Ilututun headed by SP Wole Ogodo (DPO).
Hon. Lucky was accompanied by Dr. Francis Faduyile, the former president, Nigeria Medical Association who is also DG AKETIDATIWA campaign south.
saaphiere: A farmer has been reportedly beheaded while four others were hacked to death in a fresh attack by suspected armed herdsmen on Tse-Apera, Nzorov, Governor Samuel Ortom’s home town in Guma Local Government Area of Benue State. Vanguard gathered from a source in the area who simply gave his name as Shagbaor that the invaders stormed the village from neighboring Nasarawa state at about 5 am on Sunday shooting sporadically to wake the people from sleep.
According to him, “they came shooting sporadically in the village at about 5 am when majority of the people were asleep. The sound of the gunfire created pandemonium in the village. People woke up from sleep and were running in different directions but some hide in their houses and refused to come out.
“The attackers who were speaking in their Fulani language started knocking on people’s doors and where they refused to come out the doors were broken down and the occupants shot or hacked to death. “Strangely, they did not burn down the village, after killing four of our people and beheading another they left many injured, looted whatever farm produce they saw after which they withdrew and returned to neighboring Nasarawa state,” Shagbaor added. In his account, Chairman of Guma LGA, Mr. Caleb Abah said he received reports of the attack adding that three persons were killed while one of the victims was beheaded by the armed herdsmen. Abah said, “The attack happened around 5 am on Sunday, the herdsmen invaded the village (Tse Apera) and shot at the people that came out. For those who did not come out, they were dragged out and shot. They killed two on the spot and one of them was beheaded while eight others were injured.
“Six of the injured were taken to Benue State University Teaching Hospital, BSUTH in Makurdi and two to General Hospital in Gbamjimba but one of the injured persons that was taken to BSUTH died Monday morning.” Speaking to Journalists on the matter, the Benue state Chairman of Miyetti Allah Breeders Association, MACBAN, Rosku Mohammed denied knowledge of the incident “I cannot deny that it happened or not but I want to work with the state government. As a leader, there is no religion that encourages the killing of human beings. We should learn to follow due process and not take the laws into our hands. The matter should be investigated,” Rosku added. When contacted, the Police Public Relations Officer, Deputy Superintendent, DSP, Catherine Anene who confirmed the attack said the Command had a record of two deaths and five injured victims in the attack.

sapphiere: The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC, Gombe Zonal Office is interrogating one Eze Mavus Ugochukwu, a student of Computer Science, Bauchi State Polytechnic, who defrauds unsuspecting members of the public by posing as a Lieutenant in the Nigerian Army.
Ugochukwu, an indigene of Nsukka Local Government Area of Enugu State was arrested by the officers of 33 Artillery Brigade of the Nigerian Army, Shadawanka Barracks, Bauchi State and handed over to the Gombe Zonal Office of the EFCC for further investigation and possible prosecution.
His arrest follows a complaint, lodged by one Mrs. Dorcas Oni that the suspect presented himself to her as a Lieutenant in the Nigerian Army and told her that he would assist her in securing admission for her son into the Nigerian Defence Academy (NDA) for which he made her transfer the sum of N400, 000.00 (Four Hundred Thousand Naira) to his account.
In the course of EFCC’s investigation, it was discovered that the suspect has defrauded some other victims to the tune of N1, 455,000.00 (One Million, Four Hundred and Fifty-Five Thousand Naira), using the same military bait. All the proceeds of crime were paid into his two bank accounts domiciled in FCMB and STANBIC IBTC, between December 2019 and July 2020.
Investigations further revealed that the suspect succeeded in making his victims believe he was a military officer by photo-shopping military officers’ uniforms and superimposing the image of his face on them, complementing the fraud by attaching his name tag on the uniforms.
He was also discovered to have forged military documents that he passed off to his victims as genuine in a bid to convince them that he would secure NDA admission for them.
He will be charged to court as soon as investigations are concluded.

This is the same girl December last year before proposing to her, I asked her if she has cheated on me before. To get the truth from her, I lied to her that I've cheated on her she also told me she has cheated on me.
