This writer hmm you had better not lead people to hell with your false teaching(heresies). You so much believed that you are very versed in the scriptures perhaps you have forgotten that Satan knows the scripture better than you do. You are simply giving people license to continuing sining. The same scripture says in Romans 6verse 1-2 "What shall we say then? Shall we continue in sin, that grace may abound?
God forbid. How shall we, that are dead to sin, live any longer therein?"
Luke 9verse 62 "And Jesus said unto him, No man, having put his hand to the plough, and looking back, is fit for the kingdom of God."

Now what was Jesus insinuating here saying no man having put his hands to the plough and looking back is fit for the kingdom of God
Putting hand on the Plough here mean reaching out for Eternal life.(Salvation).
Looking back mean going back to SIN.

It is very true that we are Saved by Grace and not of our own works but in keeping you saved to eternal you also have work to do
Philippians 2:12 says Wherefore, my beloved, as ye have always obeyed, not as in my presence only, but now much more in my absence, work out your own salvation with fear and trembling.

Hebrew 12 verse 14 "Follow peace with all men, and holiness, without which no man shall see the Lord:
