For me, I enjoyed it and read to the end. I always enjoy Kang's write up. Her ranting and reviews. I reply while sometimes I don't. As usual I'll wait for it to air completely before delving. So far I've three dramas on my plate 🍽️🍴🤤😋

The series is really different from the past ones and this one is giving GOT and Vikings vibe same time and the nude scenes is there, the gods are there and the characters are all great.

This actually wasn't a bad drama. There's just something about it that didn't do it for me. I think it's the fact that only 1 episode aired per week so it seemed like the story was dragged out. I think if it aired normally, it would be a pretty ok watch

Legend of the female general is looking like a scam to me. I'm afraid of watching it. I'm thinking of trying dashing youth or blood of youth either of which I'm still not motivated yet. After ending blood river, I don't know which of these is best to go for. Help a brother 🙏

Blood River ( Chinese series) is a solid 9/10 for me.

Finally!!! After a whopping 38 episodes series, it's finally come an end.
It's been a rollercoaster of fun, action, brief romance, fights, politics, thriller, legacy etc.
I never thought i will one day see a Chinese series. not Just seeing but watching all 38 episodes in excitement every week of new releases.

The political battle, politics of kingdoms and thrones in this Chinese series is one of the deepest and complex i have ever seen in a very long time.
Let us not even talk about the awesome and unbelievable cinematography, the beautiful streets and houses, truly this series is a beauty to behold.
Another aspect of this Chinese drama that i love so much are the attires, the beautiful dresses they all wore.
The fashion statement from the Chinese in this series is second to none, how they were all dressed in beautiful colours and designs, the women fully clothed from up to down, not a single nudity shown, and yet the beauty of the women shines so bright like diamonds in the sky.

This show is proof that women are more beautiful when they are fully clothed without showing skins.

Should we talk about the fights, the battles?
Epic fights that i got to enjoy so much and i like the fact that everybody in the series took a beating, lol
No one was spared, everybody collect wotowoto.
Though this wonderful drama ended well though emotionally but if they eventually go on to bring season 2 then we will all be happy but if they end in season 1, then we are happy too.

Lastly, i will miss all the casts so much, as they grew up on us all, we got to come to love all of the wonderful casts.

Is this your first Chinese series? If not, pls recommend another similar to blood river. Have you heard or watched the legend of the female general? I would love to hear your take on it.
I've been following blood river like you. I must say that the series is superb! It's everything I want in a drama. I hope to hear from you soon

‎I was very happy when spirit fingers started with 4 episodes per week but 😩 we're back to the regular 2 episodes per week. by the way I think this is now a tving thing cos I noticed even dear x is going to release 4 episodes in the first week. Anyway I'm still liking the drama lol i like that the  "teenagers" are actually acting like teenagers. they are so cute and the drama has it's fun side. I like how the male lead is over the top but it fits him and it's not awkward at all, kind of like ha yoo Joon in spring of youth but i prefer this one cos at least the story is simpler and staying true to it's theme and this character is younger. the male lead's friends are probably the best friends in all of dramaland cos how can they manage to be friends with a super dumb olodo like him is beyond me😂 they love each other and I love it. lol at the end of the day are you sure that drawing club won't turn into a dating club 😂, I can totally see the main leads together, geurin and seon ho will surely date, pretty sure khaki and black finger have a crush on each other and at this point Brown and pink finger could totally end up a couple.

Kim go Eun and Jung do yeon's Netflix drama will be released on the 5th of December. Queen has just been doing female-centric dramas since Little Women. Here for it.

Lee Si Young has given birth to her 2nd baby. I'm happy for her even though I don't know if the baby is legally supposed to exist seeing as it's from a sperm donated by her ex-husband 🤷

Dynamite kiss - vibe is giving old school romcom but I'm here for the cast and their magazine spread looked beautiful 🤭

The 4th love revolution - college love drama. Seems bleh but I adore the cast so...

Heroes next door - seems like fighting for justice stuff. Not sure how it will turn out but going in for the cast

Taxi driver 3 - I watched season 1 & 2. I have no choice at this point 🤣

I'm in for the last two though I remember not watching s02 of TD for some crazy reason which I cannot now remember 🤣

Good recommendation! I'm equally following this too. I'm in ep 15 at the moment. I only started yesterday. A very fast paced drama. No dull moment except in ep 12 & 13. I recommend too

I have been watching some Chinese dramas too. I have left Hollywood movies and only watch a few of their series. One of my favourites was 911 but I dumped that one too after they killed the Captain last season. Now I only watch Doc and High Potential. The Witcher is another one that I was watching but I don't know how I feel about Henry Cavill's change.

Hollywood be doing too much. I remember following the Witcher some years back. But somehow I lost track of it 🥱🥱🥱
