A lot of cute news today. Hyeri is probably dating a dancer/choreographer. Lol I say probably cos her agency didn't admit but they also didn't refute the news and whenever agencies come with the "we can't respond cos it's the celeb's private life" bullshi! T there's a 98% chance the news is true. I'm really happy for her and I hope it's true cos that would mean she's finally over Ryu Jun yeol and finding happiness with someone else. It also means Ryu Jun yeol can also date someone else in peace without any drama. Lol their issue is behind everyone now but I still think hyeri was the beginning of the wahala cos why are you believing a man's word in this big old 21st century 🤣 he told you he wanted a break and you were hoping he would give you closure tsk tsk. Kim GA Eun and yoon sun woo are getting married. They have been dating for 10 years!! I honestly did not know. I'm happy for them. I'm sure everyone in the industry knew but because they aren't A list actors nobody disturbed them and they were able to date in peace for 10 whole years. Love it for them

Kara's youngji's older sister is also getting married to jukjae. I wish them all the best. This is the kind of news I want to be seeing everyday not one stupid person committing one crime or the other

Ryeoun and geum sae Rok have been offered a thriller about serial killers or whatever. I hope they accept.

I hate that jaein girl so much and I hope someone breaks her into pieces. ‎What I want to know is if this man in hunter with a scalpel is really her father or just a crazy copycat who knows about her and her dad's history. cos if he's her dad, where did he get a 2nd child from? did he remarry? did he adopt the girl? I don't know, it feels like a copycat situation to me but maybe he's really her dad. I hope now that she knows the killer is baiting her, she'll stop interfering with police work and allow them do their job, but I feel like she probably won't stop, she'll want to catch him herself so their family connection stays hidden 😩 let's hope uri police guy doesn't trust her too much. by the way it's funny how the policemen are now solidly behind their chief. they were all shades of mean and rude to him in the first 3 episodes and I honestly did not see anything special he did to gain their trust 🤷 is it just catching that man in black? I feel like that story wasn't developed properly cos you don't just go from hating and plotting against your boss to being his biggest supporter all of a sudden.

‎Head over heels is lovely runner but with shamanism replacing time travel. I like it so far. I feel so bad for uri 2nd male lead, he's such a good boy and he likes her but he should just get used to being a friend cos she's never going to like him back lol I guess it's easier for me to disregard his feelings cos even though he's a nice guy, he doesn't always take her side but maybe he does that to bring less hate to her who knows. anyway I hope his heart doesn't break too much, the writer should pity him and find another nice girl for him cos I'd hate for him to turn evil in the name of love triangle. Thank God the archery teacher is also a good man at least geon hoo? has like 3 people on his side so he's not completely alone. everyone is fit for archery according to the man lol. jiho is a jerk, he's fit for archery. gyeon hoo? is cute and sweet, he's fit for archery lol. I wonder what my queen choo ja hyun's character will be. I know she's also a shaman but she could be uri female lead's birth mom since shamanism is supposed to be hereditary right? or maybe she's the male lead's birth mom and that's why he keeps getting attacked. or she's just a random shaman lol. anyway I hope the story continues to be good. By the way choo young woo's agency is bent on making him the next song Kang and Kim young dae😁 in the last 3 years I can count how many dramas he's done. Ryu Jun yeol has signed with a new agency. They're great. I think that's the same agency song hye kyo and Park hyung Sik are with and I know they're going to continue to do the most with Ryu Jun yeol's career. I wish him all the best

Gong hyo jin's husband is back from military enlistment. They're so cute. I know Koreans are going to be swooning over them cos they always like it when Korean Americans choose to enlist cos they have the option not to.

Alright. Considering that you rated the previous film favorably, I've started wondering if it's the same one I'm familiar with that didn't perform well. I appreciate your clarification on this matter.

I really thought our unwritten Seoul could satisfy me from beginning to end. It's a well written drama and even at over 1 hr per episode, I thought the writer would be able to avoid dragging and unnecessary plot but here we are 😩 tbh at this point the only major thing left for the drama is mirae exposing her office people which could have been done and completed in 8 or 10 episodes but because they want it to be a million episodes 🙄 they're dragging things out with Kim Rosa's story and the awkward dynamic between the twins's mom and grandma. That one is not even that annoying but I really can't believe they want to introduce hosu loosing his hearing just to elongate the drama 🤬 like the guy already has enough to deal with figuring out if law is meant for him or not, did the writer really have to go with the sickness plot? Le sigh. The only way I can overlook it is if they use it as a plot device to repair his relationship with his mom which I think is what's going to happen, cos if he goes through the hearing ish and the relationship with his mom still remains the same then that is a totally unnecessary arc

So oh my ghost clients is literally now my sleeping medicine. Whenever I'm tired or my eyes feel heavy I just start watching the drama cos I know I will get a good sleep as there's nothing much to the story. I guessed right that yunjae would be in a coma but I slept through half of episode 7 and all through episode 8 that I honestly don't know if his character later died, got better or is still in a coma 😩🤣 I guess I'll find out next week. Even the small humor that the drama had going for it is no longer humor-ing

Omo there's no way this our movie people are going to successfully keep her sickness a secret. Lmao film never start and Dem don already they suspect them tsk tsk it's over. There's something I don't understand about drama people sef. So jeha clearly misunderstands the relationship between his dad, mom and the lead actress of the old movie and he hates the actress for it. She knows he hates her, she knows it's a misunderstanding, why not just tell him so he can understand and be free from hate. Sure she tries to talk to him and he refuses to hear but what happened to sending a message, hell an email, anything to clear yourself and sort out the misunderstanding. Why is she so fine allowing him carry his sour face upandan when she can just be honest with him through various media. Mtcheww I just know even that veteran baba actor is somehow involved in the misunderstanding too. Anyway las las the truth will sha come out. It will be so funny if we're all expecting the female lead to die and instead at the end the male lead is the one that ends up dying 🤭

I haven't watched the movie yet despite downloading it since it came out.

I've just seen bits and pieces of it from my siblings watching it on TV. I wasn't really impressed and my impression of it is more or less a popcorn flick.

I'd create time for it sooner than later tho.

Really good vampire horror movie.... The sound and pic quality was just exceptional.
The storyline and storytelling while really good ain't all that exceptional like it was hyped up to be. It's a great movie and a cinematic masterpiece on its own and bringing much needed confidence and impetus to Original movies once again, with its box office.

It might not be the best movie of the year but it's surely played its role as probably the most important movie of the decade championing the cause of making great Original stories once more in an already saturated Hollywood with pre-existing IPs.

The actors truly delivered... Michael B Jordan and the entire crew.

A top tier movie— a really enjoyable one at that, cos I really enjoyed myself throughout my time watching the movie, but it just fell short in over promising what it couldn't deliver, due to the North American hype.

And weirdly enough, this movie still has the trait of Ryan Coogler's movies where his movies are praised to the high heavens as the next best thing after slice bread and as a cultural phenomenon just like when Black Panther came out. But alas it's more or less pandering to the sensibilities of Black Folks.

I saw some people talking up about its "African roots" with the connection of music to the Black slaves etc, but at best it was just surface level storytelling and failed to explore what's so special about music integration in the average black American life.
The much talked about music scene at the bar, I don't see much special about it, it was really good but I'm not seeing the masterpiece in it.
I really prefer the Irish folktale songs.

Kudos to the actors, they did an impeccable job with the delivery and that really elevated the movie for me.

I loved the sexiness in the movie. It was somewhat mild compared to what I was expecting due to its R rating. But great eroticism nonetheless, with my fave being Preacherboy Sammie and that irresistible Jamie Lawton. 🤤

But not gonna lie, this movie probably has hands down the best sound design, engineering and sound score I've heard in a movie from this year. I give it that. It's cinematography is also top notch as well as the impeccable colour grading matching the look I'd expect of a period piece around that era. I loved the browns.

So, this movie has a strong statement challenging for glory in the technical awards....Best movie of the year? I doubt that. Solid film overall.

I really enjoyed this drama! The fact that they made it 12 episodes instead of 16, ensured that it didn't have a lot of draggy moments.

I loved the main and side couples a lot. The newscaster and the doctor were too cute together!!! I obviously loved the chemistry between Sae-on and Hee Jo. Ugh. Love love love them!

And then watching BTS clips of them and seeing how they flow well together, I want to ship but I REFUSE TO! 🫠

Now, to some key points, some of which drove me crazy:

* After everything they've been through. Was he the one who killed her brother?

So after all the wasted years of them not enjoying their marriage, this man had the audacity to run away to 'punish' himself? Universe save me from foolish men.

* Warzone Everybody is mad in this drama.

So this babe packed her bag and flew to a 'warzone' because of her idiot husband? See why people should not fall in love? Foolish decisions always follow.

Back to Sae-on. Chile. So even if he wanted to punish himself, he went to somewhere he could die? Like what was he thinking? That last episode annoyed the hell out of me, I won't lie.

* Let's say his 2 years of military service and extra training from working in the presidential office was how he was able to save her from the rebels.

These fools now started screaming and quarrelling outside? Deep sigh.

First of all, they told Aunty that the place he was staying was rebel territory and she had to be careful. This fine girl wore her Christmas cloth that was WHITE and started running around in the forest.

She should have just carried a banner saying 'kidnap me, please'

* Then they did not consummate their marriage since o. They didn't do it in the comfort of their luxury apartment in Seoul. Instead they decided to do it in the middle of nowhere, kudos to them

This one annoyed me. Did you see their different beds in their Seoul apartment? But they decided to have their first time in where I don't know on what I don't know.

I hope bed bugs entered their private parts. I hate what I hate.

* Her mother and sister can eat shit for all I can. Especially her mother, very useless.

* What else? Oh the villains, hmm. Anyway, this wasn't a serious crime drama so I'll forgive them.

The 'real' Sae-on was just too clumsy to not have been caught all this while. Come on.

Then his adoptive mother was just in need of psychiatric help and I say this as a matter of fact. Well, she can get that in prison, right?

* Then that secretary of his, I wanted to beat him up. I understand his motive sha.

And Sae-on brought him back to work for him? How do you build up trust in such a person again?

Side note: I thought Sae-on was the twin brother he was looking for until it was hinted that he was the chairman's son.

I'll give the drama a 7/10. It would have been an 8/10 but that warzone angle was too unnecessary 🥲

I will probably rewatch this one sometime in the future. Review/Rant over.
