Yes, I did. I was teaching remotely while working as a classroom teacher in one of the biggest schools in my city. My saving grace was that the management were not that strict and I was able to meander my way through the 2 years I worked with the school. I taught my online students during my free periods. I resigned from the school after I had hit it big with two Chinese organisations I am working with currently.

This question becomes even relevant for either the married or the unmarried.
If you're single, then I'd advice that you do both but for the married, better prioritize family time. The reverse could be the case

Me: how did I watch the drama self
First it was recently I came to know about the drama shared to me by a friend. But I couldn't complete it. I dropped it halfway in episode 1. Read the summary and ending via Google. I can't come and kill myself. The point is I found it very boring. Felt like a slow burn.

I feel like I enjoyed the first half of this one and then lost interest in the second half for whatever reason. Loved the cast, loved the humor but I can't even remember how the drama ends. That's how much interest I lost in the 2nd half of the drama

I think you should go with the option of serving wherever you're posted. You already know what's obtainable in your home state and you know what you're capable of achieving there. However, going out of your region and comfort zone gives you some experience you might miss out on if you're home. Even if you have to come back to your home state after your service, go out there, get the experience, and who knows, you might end up learning something very valuable that will turn your life around while serving.

The home advantage will always be home waiting for you.

This is my own suggestion tho, seek further guidance for validation or diverse opinion before you take a decision.

I'm a graduate of agricultural and bio resource engineering. In Kaduna, I'm hoping to work and serve in an agro-allied industry that deals on animal feed production and located very close to my place of residence. I feel the experience there will boost my career compare to working and teaching in a school assigned to me by the NYSC. Just like you rightly pointed out going out there may give me some invaluable experience. Is it something I'll gain by just teaching in a private school? You know how Nigeria is and how it's going, is it prudent to leave one's life to fate in the Nigerian economy? Pls forgive my line of reasoning

This matter is somewhat related. I am preparing for the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) and am among those registered, eagerly awaiting my call-up number. I face two choices regarding where to carry out my service: the first option is to serve in Kaduna, my state of residence, potentially securing employment with a reputable company offering modest compensation. The second option is to serve wherever the NYSC assigns me. While I am eager to travel and broaden my experiences, the prospect of being sent to teach in a remote Nigerian school and navigating the challenges of daily life there is daunting. Conversely, serving in the place where I was born and raised, though cost-effective in terms of accommodation and transportation, lacks appeal, leaving me perplexed and uncertain about the best course of action.
