What a lovely memory to reminisce about. I just finished watching the video again! Very instructive and informative. For both the young and the old. They were our neighbors in Osun(Ile Ife then)! That Jagua's friend is Victor is first Son, now late too about 2-3Years ago, he died in Abuja but I guessed he was buried in Osun, just like his Mother (Grace)too! That guy that acted as alfa was his replica son and his 4th Son his name is Gbolohan. He has other 2- 3Sons or thereabouts and I guess 1/2 daughters. Serious fight broke out among the siblings after the death of their parents, especially against the first son! They went through alot after the death of their parents! And it cuts across everyone, most especially in the Southern part of the country not like the northern part! I/we try to look at the Personality type /Political affliction,and also look for the "lesser evils"among them as most of the Nigerian politicians and Political Parties are the same if given Power to govern/rule; no Ideaology/Principles/Values/Visions whatsoever, zero Integrity/Sincerity/Honesty! No requisite Knowledge for the responsibility seeking for, always learning(wrong learning anyway on the job) , God fatherism and nepotism mindset, Leadership tussles from both the Predecessor/Incumbent! But because I/we must choose whether we continue to like it or not and if we don't, they will keep on choosing wrong among them for us to lead the rest of us, and just like as my Beloved Daddy of blessed memory(over 6years now) used to tell us then and encourage us to continue to vote if whether the candidate wins or not as anyone that later emerges is the Governor/President of all, even though he will generally favour his own, but his decisions, actions and inactions and consequences of his actions will be felt by all, as bad leadership and it's consequences(Poverty, unrest/insecurity hunger and whataview) know not Ethnicity,Region or Religion or Party affiliation although one will feel it more than the other and it can also be vice versa! And he also said for the fact that the Candidate/Political Party you voted for in that election in that current year and didn't win does not mean he cannot win if the candidate/Political Party restrategises again, presents himself/itself again in the next election he/it can win and lastly said once the elections are over, whoever emerges and declares winner by the Relevant Institution(s) of the Country as empowered by the constitution, we should pray and Support his Success because if the State/Country is okay is for the benefits of the majority of all and if not all (and we inclusive) and if it's otherwise, most if not all will collect too! And if we want to vote he will ask us to look forr Competence(unfortunately most of them don't have especially at the starting of the campaign), Capacity, Human Relation ability, ability to accommodate divergent views and and his tolerant of opposition incase he later wins because he said a good opposition Party is good for the survival and good governance in democracy, anticidents of the candidates, Political Party he belongs, Current Political/Economic reality and sometimes jokingly he will say "if they bring money to you that you should vote them especially if it is the government in Power or the one coming had been in power before, collect it and vote for the candidate based on the criteria set above because it's "our money" meant for the development and welfare of the State/country and they embezzled it! And to the glory of God I have embrassed these virtues and principles and I have not collected a dime from any of the major political parties who usually engage in this so called "Vote Buying in every election but dynamics of Political Parties and the peculiarities of each State and level of political awareness will still come to play even in this weekend election and it will not be work over or automatic for any of the 2/3 Major political parties that are on ground in the Osun State, because they have their internal challenges which will also to a large extent will influence how the pendulum will swing by Saturday, just like 2018 own, but alot has happened after then and the mode at the National politics as regards 2023 debacles will also come to play, as Osun is one of the most sensitized and well informed States in Nigeria(having been to about 20/22 States now in the last 10-12Years and 5 out of 6 regions of the country) and the level of political awareness is relatively high! By God's Grace I'm currently in the State again to perform my Civic and Constitutional Right and as usual, But let me say that the election will be 3/4 horse raise among the following order of political parties and candidates and the last 2/3 will serve as a swing votes or spoilers to the first two just like 2018 Election....(1)APC(current Governor and the party candidate to a large extent has tried based on available resources and relative stability in the State especially among the civil service compared to before he came in 2018 which really worked against him, reversal of some unpopular policies of the previous Administration which he was a key member and 1/2 other things...but he will face serious battle of his political life this weekend, as it will not be a work over for him if they don't rig it massively for him using Federal might and Money inducement, and there may likely be a Rerun again just like 2018, and with internal battles in his party and also what is currently going on Politically, Economically, Academically at the State and at the National level and as a final last election pointer to the 2023 Elections, either for or against depending on how you view it and your political inclination) (2)PDP..(Ademola Adeleke...which he has really upgraded himself in the last 3-4years and force to reckon with again whether they like it or not and his party/candidate will make a great show, and I may not be surprised if fortunes favour him, because anything can happen! (3)Accord Party(His Candidate; Akin Ogunbiyi) will surely make a good show especially because of the personality and influence of his flagbearer in virtually everywhere in the State, A Technocrat, although a Politician but he has not really held a Political office in the State before but this is not the first time and he lost narrowly to the current PDP candidate in 2018 Party Primary election, where he was already leading but light went off ... Ninja factor) as they were about to conclude the counting and announce the winner and low and behold as they say the rest is history! 4: SDP(and it's Candidate; Arch Goke Omigbodun; is a wonderful and brilliant person) and also relatively known in the State but the departure of IFE born Politician from SDP and current APC National Secretary will make the Party a more of pretender than contender)! Among the other 11/12 Parties lastly but not the least ...5: LP(and his candidate Lasun Yussuf; former Dep Speaker House of Rep and whose residence was attacked earlier in the week) will also play a 'spoiler role' on Saturday and also considering his Political Party Presidential flagbearer! And also there are some Politicians that will play some little roles as either a spoiler, or swing the votes either in the favour or otherwise irrespective of what people say and the like of Adeoti, Omisore,Najeem Salaam, Aregbesola, Oyinlola, Senator Fadahunsi, Akinbade, and 1/2 two other people time and space will not allow me to mention as I round up! But whatever happens on Saturday, Peace and Stability of Osun and Osun residence is very important and sacrosanct and the election should not be do or die affairs and the Politicians should please tread with care and encourage their supporters that The Peace and Stability of the State supperceed any candidate Personal or Political ambitions and they should know that ultimate Power belongs to God..As the Holy Book says in the Book of Psalms that ...."Once Has His Spoken but twice have I heard that Power Belongs to God and also in that Psalm 75/76 or so also says God is the ultimate one that put People on the throne and also dethrone if the process is credible and fair! immigration officials refused him from traveling out of the country international airport (but could not be arrested because of the current immunity is enjoying as the president which would likely elapse this week Wednesday/thursday or so when he would have "Officially tendered his Resignation letter" from outside the country of asylum)! His sycophant/cabers are seriously looking for a way of moving him out of the country through the sea or private flight to take him to dubai before finding asylum somewhere! In as much as I don't have any favourable candidates among the so called contenders/pretenders as the case maybe as at now and I am not a card carry member of any political party! I would have probably liked it if it were 5/10years ago that Bola Tinubu came out to vie for the position of presidency (irrespective of his weaknesses and short coming he has and people are saying about him, no doubt about it, they can't take it a way from him, he is a strong and an enigmatic leader )! The accumulated stress of several years (because I read and heard from reliable sources that he hardly sleep up to 4/5hours per day and old age are telling on his health now, if you look and listen to him in the last 2/3years now)! Also,in as much as he has alot of influence in most of the regions/states in the country but he had made some unguarded statements and done some things in the past that will hunt him within his political party and other Powers that be in this country in this his life threatening ambition he has embarked upon! Let's wait and see as the situations unfold! No doubt about it, interesting days/times are ahead! All we want and yarn for is a better Nigeria for us and our country! I believe Strongly that Nigeria as a country and Nigerians as nationals deserve more than these from these selfish, self centered and visionless leaders parading themselves in the corridor of Powers! But definitely, it will not continue like this, and 2023 will kick start the change of the narratives by God's Grace! Much Love!

That was the state I was posted and i did my orientation some years back @Dakingari camp(but later relocated after the camp)! You can enter ilorin or Niger from Ibadan and then you will see direct bus or car from ilorin to kebbi(is about 6-8hrs) ! During my time, I traveled from Ibadan to ilorin and slept over in ilorin and then took an early car to kebbi;dankigari camp straight and we got there around 2-3pm!

You can enter Abuja from Osogbo or Ife depending on where you stay in Osun and then Abuja to kaduna which is like 3-4hrs journey!

You can follow that advise, although from Abuja is still far, because from Abuja you will go through jos to bauchi before gombe! Bauchi to gombe is not that far but Abuja to bauchi is abit far but don't follow that Kano advise at all, Kano is in North West and gombe is in North East!,

Thank you bro very helpful, someone told me the same thing too. But I was also told I can enter Abuja from Ibadan, have a stop over there, I can find somewhere to sleep at the park or go to an hotel and pick a bus moving very early from Abuja to gombe I think in the Next 8hrs 30minutes I should have been in Gombe,. Does the route I want to pass worth it? Or I should travel back to Lagos to enter Gombe straight from Lagos? Pls ur advice will be more than appreciated
