Election time, they only do this once in four years. And that's coz the have poverty, bad roads and other bad things happening to 9ja to use as manifestoes. An average 9ja politician doesn't have any world class manifesto to put out. It is only to use"i will fix electricity", "i will pay youths monthly salary", "poverty is bye-bye".
