So you mean those people that die everyday didn't pray before they embarked on the bus/vehicle they died in? Inviting God into your everyday life and activities isn't a bad idea at all but that must have been after you have made necessary checks and sadly that also isn't a guaranty that you wont have an accident because the roads are very bad. Just like the OP said, The government need to look into various aspects of the transportation system and make adequate corrections to ensure safe and enjoyable trip to commuters.
