You see all this software people use in scrapping mails 99% of them are trash.

You will always end up getting unrelated emails and sending outbounds to the wrong people >>> Spamming.


Your gmail account will always get banned.


If you really take this GEO business serious and you want to make money from it.

Manual scrapping of emails one by one is the 100% surest way to go. Don't deceive yourself

You just have to put in the time and manpower to your outbounds and always fill in the website contact form also use VPN while at it.

All those contact forms are tracking your location. Unfortunately being a Nigerian can cost you that sale.

They may be interested to buy the domain but may lose interest when they see your location as NIGERIA.. Better to be safe than sorry.

It seems parking is dead... Since i parked my domain, i did not have one single dollar not until i change my ip address and started clicking on the ads...

I have earn 33 dollars so far...

It is a pity that just yesterday night i was trying to login but i could not...

I messaged bodis support... They said my account has been suspended that i am accused of clicking my ads by myself.

They said payment will be witheld... Na so 33 dollars just enter bush ooo

Sold my one and only dot realty domain name. And will like to keep the name private.
But note that it's related to homes and not a Geo.
Am only reporting this here, and am not putting the domain name because I found out they acquired it for reselling.
Acquired for $0.99 during epik promo of the extension.

I registered this domain and outbounded to people having similar names even the dot com owner.

One replied and said how much I quoted $1500 which is my Buy it now price.

He later said he is not interested, all this are months ago.

Later this week i received an offer of $500 via my landing page.

I replied the person via mail that $599 we deal, and also went to epik to counter his offer with $599

He replied what's the renewal fee I said I don't know, but later I sent another mail telling him I think it's under $300.

He didn't reply, I Googled his name and found out he is a big man and 2nd in command in a Top domain brokerage firm.

I was like wow and I quoted just $599.
I was now thinking the renewal fee has made him back out.

I decided to mail him again because it seems he is in an asain country and asked him what's up if he is still interested.

Later on epik sent me a message that the domain has sold for $599, meaning he has paid.

Sorry I can't disclose the name but it's my ist dot realty sale and only dot realty domain.

I called him back and asked if he got my message and he said he didn't. I informed him of the change in plans and he got very furious. He accused me of being indecisive and playing games. He said he had cancelled lots of meetings and spent money preparing for my visit and was disappointed that I didn't take him as seriously as he took me. He ended the call in annoyance and I've not heard from him since. He isn't picking my calls or replying my texts. I've sent him voice messages on WhatsApp apologizing and explaining myself but he hasn't replied..

I really love this guy and I don't want to lose him. He probably thinks I'm lying to him or that I have someone else I'm seeing but that's not the case.

We all learn from the answers the bosses gives while answering people's questions.You might be surprised at how much key info will be dropped by bosses here just by answering those questions.

I drop this short story of my negotiation gone wrong. Someone might learn one or two or might decide not to learn from it.

I registered a Geo domain name and placed the amount of low $xxxx

Reached out to the only buyer for the domain name and he replied with a mid offer of $500 which I posted here sometimes last month.

I rejected and said $1000 is my last.

He didn't reply anymore.

I called him, and his workers picked since its was a general office line, I introduced myself and told them, why I was calling. They quickly kept me on hold to forward the call to him the boss, and he was happy to speak to me and we talked for over 10mins and he said he could now only pay $300.

I talked him into paying $550 That am considering the economy hardship on businesses, caused by the covid pandemic.

He accepted and asked me to forward the link.

I dropped the call and forwarded the link but he didn't reply immediately, but later he replied me and copied his team members and said his team refused the payment that they could only pay $300.

I rejected his offer and told him if not $550, no deal.

His team member then messaged, and told me am being gready for a name I have no use for, and registered with few bucks, and even told them the renewal was less than 10bucks.

That I should accept their generous offer of $300.

I replied him that I am not doing anything less than what I agreed with their Ceo.

Infact am changing my price and hiking it. Even if the domain never sells.


I called the office number again and someone picked and when I explained myself they said I should wait for the Ceo and kept me on hold, but after some minutes they said he wasn't on seat.

Negotiation gone wrong.

Did I regret my actions, answer is no
People may think am ok or having sales,that's why I behaved like that towards the offers, but the truth is for sometimes now am lacking sales, as am experimenting a new technique.

Few Lessons for me last month:

1. I change the time I do my outbound from 2-4 pm to 8-10pm and I saw a little result. Though the formal is still my best period but I will be interchanging from time to time.

2. Follow ups and negotiation skills are very important. I keep learning it from people here each time I visit.

3. Source for leads from all angles.

4. Believe in your domains. I have strong feelings for some domains that they will certainly sale. I only renew domains that had received offer(s) in the past.

5. Don't use one sales letter. Have as many as possible and use the ones that are pulling sales often.

6. Continue to trust in God and work hard. No dulling.

Note: Please nobody should feel like l'm trying to show off. I strongly believe I am contributing my quota by dropping this sales report to guide others in knowing what can sell.
