Gov ameachi in his madness days refuse to accept and approve the most qualify chief judge approve by NJC(google njc nor come fool yourself again) because his own candidate who is a system man did not received the blessing of NJC.the wahala then create a situation were there is no chief judge in rivers state.

He ameachi therefore for 2yrs made the judiciary to be under lock and key.if you even kill any 1 now in rivers state within the pass 2 years there is no court to convict you.

This is tales by moonlight because instead of paying lawyers for a case he isn't sure of winning,Amaechi cud easily have paid the judge 1/3 of d amount and got a favourable judgement.
I know that as stupid as Wike his,he doesn't even bliv this his crap story.
Meanwhile Wike should tell us when d case was filed, suit number, when hearing was done and d lawyers that represented Amaechi because he seems to b d only one who has heard of this case.
This is d simple game plan:Wike is setting d stage to explain all d money he is about to loot no matter d short time he has to stay and thereafter explain his failings on lack of funds caused by d looting he claimed Amaechi did.
