this old fo0l is starting to annoy me already. the same defeatist attitude that GEJ displayed early into his regime is what this GMB has started doing. in order for change to be impactful, some foundational fundamental reforms need to be kick-started. if change can happen at the CENTER. at the roots then it will eventually pickup and nourish the tree of nationhood and fruits of democracy. but if GMB accommodates bugs, mites and worms in his administration, then the tree will not flourish and the fruits of democracy will become sour and rotten to taste the mouths of Nigerians.

GMB this your format of lowering your expectations and the hopes of Nigerians who voted you into power is a sacrifice we will pay in death and blood should you fail. GEJ failed and over 40,000+ deaths resulted due to boko-haram only, if we start to count the deaths from GEJ clueless administration we would hold him and senators and reps in jail for genocide.

GMB please this is Nigeria's last chance at greatness. other African nations who looked up to us in the past now taunt us as the Perpetual dullard of Africa.

Please stop making excuses. cut out the cancer that is killing Nigeria and we shall flourish once again.
I am sure you read just the topic..

I am yet to see any Igbo man that will want to
vote for Ambode.
Yoruba votes willl be divided between Ambode
and Agbaje.
The survey I have had in the past 5days:
-Okada riders say they won't vote for APC
because Fashola seized their bikes. These
okada riders are mostly northerners.
Infact, they have had meetings concerning the
election.
-Commercial bus drivers say they won't vote
APC because agberos keep extorting money
from them
-Shop owners say they won't vote APC
because of illegal and excessive tax they pay
to government
-market women say they won't vote APC
because shopping malls built by LASG is too
expensive. Oyingbo and Suru-Alaba market
women comes to mind
Land owners/property developers say they
won't vote APC because Omonile give them
problems.
It will take a miracle for Ambode to win. I am
an APC supporter but I fear the outcome of
the governorship results in Lagos.
Someone should please tell our President elect that we voted for Buhari and not APC!
Now we are voting Agbaje and not PDP!
Meanwhile Fashola has been everywhere doing the talking. While I still love and respect him. Is Fashola running for Governor or Ambode? I won't vote anyone who can't come out to win my vote. Oops Jimi already did. I won't vote for someone who can't speak for himself. Eloquence of a bus conductor and a mere book cooker! Someone whose indigeneship has a comma!
Jaykay we know! Jaykay we want!
lol...dey dia dey survey

Remember GEJ the numerous endorsents GEJ had b4 the presidential election..and what happened in the end?

PoliticsJustice Forum Tackles Fayose, Asks INEC To Shift Poll by midolian(op): 5:02pm On Apr 09, 2015
The Ekiti Justice Forum has urged Governor Ayodele Fayose to respond to the impeachment notice served on him by the 19 All Progressives Congress lawmakers with maturity and all sense of responsibility instead of creating tension.

The forum also called on the Independent National Electoral Commission to postpone the House of Assembly election in the state because the atmosphere was not conducive for a free and fair election.

Fayose’s supporters and Peoples Democratic Party members had on Monday and Tuesday engaged in wild protest over the impeachment notice where eight impeachable offences were listed against the governor.

In a statement by the Chairman, Chief Sesan Fatoba; Secretary, Dare Owotomobi and Director of Publicity, Ojo Andrews, the group advised the governor to know that no amount of impunity can solve any constitutional crisis.

It said, “The political tension created in the last few days by the move of the 19 Ekiti State House of Assembly members to commence impeachment process against Governor Ayo Fayose has been made worse by the negative response of the Governor.

“The majority of the Ekiti State House of Assembly members being hunted by Governor Fayose are candidates in the April 11, 2015 election.

“None of these candidates have been allowed to go to their constituencies to campaign for votes for fear of being harassed, arrested or even killed by agents of Ekiti State government whereas the governor has been crisscrossing the State canvassing for votes for PDP candidates.

“This to us does not give equal chance to all the candidates to excel in the election. The present political atmosphere is heavily skewed against one of the major parties in the contest.”

The forum urged the INEC Chairman, Prof. Attahiru Jega, to consider the issue and shift the election for peace to reign and for the commission to achieve a free and fair election in the state.

There is no need opening old wounds. If the Nigerian soldiers fought the war then using internationally accepted standards the children and women that was mostly hit would not have died in their millions.
I guess he said all of that to make GEJ feel like a true HERO for conceding defeat..
PoliticsDanjuma: Ojukwu Should’ve Conceded To Save Lives by midolian(op): 11:01am On Apr 09, 2015
Had former Biafran leader Dim Chukwuemeka Odimegwu- Ojukwu behaved like President Goodluck Jonathan who conceded after losing the March 28 election, many of the lives lost in the civil war would have been saved, former Minister of Defence Theophilus Danjuma  said yesterday.

Gen. Danjuma spoke at his home in Abuja when the President visited him.

The former Army chief is the political leader in Taraba State, one of the three states in the North won by President Jonathan. The others are Nasarawa and Plateau States.

They met briefly behind closed-doors before the President departed for the Presidential Villa.

No reasons were given for the meeting but the president thanked Gen. Danjuma for his fatherly support during the election.

Gen. Danjuma said Jonathan’s decision to concede defeat to Buhari, had set a record in the country.

According to him, if the late Ojukwu had done the same thing after the fall of Enugu, when his government had to flee into the bush, he would have saved the country from further bloodshed.

He said: “The outcome of the election and the manner in which President Jonathan conceded victory to Gen. Buhari is totally unAfrican, it is very important in the history of Africa.

”Ojukwu didn’t do the same after the fall of Enugu. If he had conceded victory to the federal troops he would have saved the nation one full year of bloodshed.

"President Jonathan has set a history, a record to be emulated by the rest of Africa and indeed the whole world. It’s an excellent thing he did.”

Jonathan thanked him for his fatherly support during the election.

You don't know anything about Politics and KWARA Politics. Gbemisola Saraki and Bukola Saraki are one and same. Gbemi is the machinery that pave way for Ajibola to emancipate as PDP flagbearer just to take Belgore out of the equation and pave smooth return of Fatai hamed.

in the long run, Saraki dynasty still run KWARA not Tinubu through Belgore nor Jonathan through same Belgore.

Don't be surprised if Ajibola decamped to APC after he loses the election....... He is and will always be an appendage of Saraki's Dynasty. ......
only a fool will say he or she didn't know Gbemi was working for her broda when she was in PDP..lemme tell u sumtin, you don't know quater of wat I know about kwara politics. Gbemi didn't pave way for Ajibola. Do not let pple deceive u. I av observed that no matter wat happens in kwara politics, u pple are always made to believe its as a result of a masterplan by Bukky and co..if u know who I am, u ll hav no reason to doubt me......pple didn't trust gbemi all the while she was in the PDP..there was a tym the presidency came to kwara state to campaign, Gbemi and her supporters were absent @ the rally. This is more than a suspicious act...

And on the isssue of Ajibola's emergence, Gbemi didn't pave way for him..Belgore was only betrayed by GEJ and his wife..he was promised automatic ticket if he joins PDP buh hell no, they still had to go ahead with the primaries.. And during the primaries, I was there. Ajibola gave each delegate nothing less than #350,000 and a refridgerator which no one could beat his offer....And this emergence of Ajibola has made many members of the PDP aggrieved and that's the reason things are in shatters in kwara state...to cut the whole story short

Majority of them wld surely decamp to APC if Ajibola loses..This is because PDP wld be a totally dead party by then.

The people in those states are very one people, according to my grand pa. There is high degree of not only understanding but also cooperation. They are unlike the people in south south who are like forsaken people. While the hausas agree to work together including very serious rigging, very serious under age votings that defeated GEJ, the people of south south are busy fighting thereby giving the north great oppotunity to win on. In fact, I can't find any reasons why these south south people are always allowing thier oil free to those who do not even have a drop of the oil. I pity those south south.
the oil isn't theirs..it belongs to Nigeria...for as long as the south south remains a part of Nigeria, the oil belongs to Nigeria.. And to compensate them, they get the lion share outta the oil money? So wat else?

When Gej proposed a 6 years one term, people called him all sort of name and not minding what sense is in what he proposed.

In that, whatsoever u re doing, u need to be active not thinking of doing it in ur second term like Abia state government said his son will do in office.

If one fails to be active, his party will loose stands and be jegaed out without looking sideways.
you are right but his reason for proposing a 6years single term differs from the reason this group has given...

Plus, this is just a proposal to Buhari and not by Buhari.

The socio-political group, De-Change Coalition of Nigeria (DCCN) has described the President-elect, Muhammadu Buhari as an epitome of democratic struggle in the country.

The group in a congratulatory message to him said that the victory of the former Military ruler was a well deserved in a democratic structure.

According to him, “General Buhari has chosen the path of former American President, Abraham Lincoln, through resilience and perseverance which gave Buhari democratic victory at the end of the day.

Meanwhile, DCCN proposed five- years single term for executive office holders in the country, maintaining that the five years single-term would discourage the rift that is associated with the re-election bid of political office holders which always create tension in the polity.

The statement which was signed by its National Chairman, De-Change Coalition of Nigeria (DCCN),Comrade Abayomi Adegoke, copy of which was made available to newsmen in Osogbo congratulated the people of the country over Buhari’s victory, describing Buhari’s victory as victory over falsehood and deceit in the nation’s polity.
