In view of the brewing waves of political violence in Borno State, the 23 out of 25 political parties, under the auspices of Inter Party Advisory Council {IPAC}, Borno State chapter, has called for the extension of the forthcoming elections in the state to 26th September 26. Speaking through its chairman, who also doubled as the governorship candidate of the Peoples Progressive Alliance {PPA}, Babagana K. Musa, in Maiduguri, the IPAC leadership regretted that the APC led-government in Borno has been encouraging political thuggery in the state. Backing their argument with examples, the IPAC recalled that during the visit of presidential candidate of the All Progressive Congress {APC} in Maiduguri on February 16 2015, Muhammedu Buhari, the whole town was thrown into confusion. He said the pandemonium was due to the awful activities of the APC political thugs, who were hell-bent on destroying billboards, flags, and posters of all the opposition parties in the state with dangerous weapons. “To our surprise, even the bill boards of Mr. President, GoodLuck Ebele Jonathan, along Dandal Police Station roundabout was totally destroyed, and this took place in the presence of the security officials while they only looked. In fact, the in humiliation we are getting from the ruling party in the state is too much to bear and something has to be done about it,” IPAC emphasised. The body also expressed remorse over the indecent activities of the vigilante boys, known as Civilian JTF, who on daily basis molest, intimidate and attack innocent citizens of the state especially the supporters of the oppositions under the influence of dangerous drugs, adding that the state government sponsors them adequately. “Because of the foregoing reasons and others not mention here, we are calling on the Independent National Electoral Commission {INEC}, being the electoral umpire, to extend the conduct of the 2015 general elections for six months in Borno, that’s from 28th March to 26th September 2015.” http://dailyindependentnig.com/2015/02/23-political-parties-call-poll-shift-borno/ |

ACTING THE PDP SCRIPT...ALL iN VAIN. Yesterday, it was rumoured that FFK paid some starving Nigerians in diaspora to protest against Buhari. But the TANists as usual, called it a cheap propaganda. YoU all can now see. PDP as a party is breathing its last. All their evil plans are now "open secrets" to Nigerians. They are too dumb to sense the spies among them. And I believe its God's doing..May they remain confused and clueless until they are finally flushed out. (AMEN) #CHANGE IS FvCKING SACROSANCT#
