1.mandate every shop owner to have CCTV installed outpost of their shop facing the street, a solar one preferable, night vision and HD.

2.let there be 24hrs recording and police should regularly check the workability of the CCTV.

3. each shop will be responsible for the installation, so it will be hidden and can be facilitated by the supplier free of charge.

4. there should be guide line for the spec, source of purchase and the company supplying it should be duty free so it can be affordable.
5. if successful it can be extended to private homes. do this and you have solve crime 70%.

Eith hit 1400 which was its previous ATH... Very ugly... Eith refusing to hold contributed in killing alyts.

I'm not so convinced with this betece bounce off 45k... There's still a good chance betece comes looking for 42-40 in the coming days or weeks....
